– أسوأ تجربة فندقية

للأسف كانت تجربتنا في فندق Leonardo Royal Hotel من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررنا بها.

وصلنا إلى الفندق وكان حجزنا يتضمن خيارين للسرير: Single Bed أو Double Bed. بكل احترام ولطف سألنا موظفة الاستقبال إذا كان بالإمكان الحصول على غرفة بسرير مزدوج. وترقيه الغرفه

تفاجأنا بأن مدير الاستقبال جاء إلينا وبدأ يصرخ ويتحدث معنا بصوتٍ عالٍ وبأسلوب غير محترم وعدواني، دون أي مبرر. أخبرته بهدوء أن هذا التصرف غير مقبول، وانه يجب الابتعاد عن الموقع لانه لا يعرف التعامل مع العائلات وفجأة قام بالاتصال بالشرطة.

عندما حضرت الشرطة، كان تعاملهم في قمة الاحترام والاحترافية. وبعد أن استمعوا لما حدث، قال لي أحد رجال الشرطة إنه يستطيع أن يجعلنا نقيم في الفندق إذا أردنا، لكنه نصحنا بعدم الإقامة فيه حتى لا نواجه مشاكل أخرى بسبب مدير الاستقبال، وأخبرنا أن هذا الشخص ترد بشأنه شكاوى بشكل متكرر.

ولم يكتفِ رجال الشرطة بذلك، بل أخذونا بسيارتهم وبدؤوا يبحثون معنا عن فنادق قريبة حتى نجد مكانًا مناسبًا للإقامة، وكان تعاملهم راقيًا جدًا ويستحق كل الشكر.

ما حدث كان مستفزًا جدًا ولا يليق بفندق يحمل هذا الاسم. المشكلة لم تكن في الفندق نفسه، بل في أسلوب وتعامل مدير الاستقبال، والذي جعل تجربتنا سيئة للغاية. لذلك لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق إطلاقًا.

الاخوه العرب بعد الفحص الدقيق في مالك هذا الفندق اكتشفت انه من عند العلم الازرق [ انتو فاهمين ] يعني ما رح يهتم لأي مشكله ستواجه العرب ... وفهمكم كفايه

Relativement proche du centre station métro a 500 mètres mais le bus H16 est plus pratique pour visiter le centre ,un bon petit déjeuner varié et complet, la piscine elle fait la faire

Довольно далеко от моря. Можно дойти пешком до Монжуик. Номер светлый, кондиционер работал. Хорошая ванная комната, есть ванные принадлежности, хороший напор в душе. Каждый день убирались в комнате, но почему-то не меняли полотенца. Очень вкусный завтрак, много фруктов.

Purtroppo, però, abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino del bagno e siamo stati trasferiti in un’altra camera, più piccola, dove la doccia aveva pochissima pressione. Abbiamo fatto presente che la nuova sistemazione non era soddisfacente, ma l’unica soluzione proposta è stata aumentare leggermente la pressione dell’acqua. Nel complesso, purtroppo, il nostro soggiorno non è stato dei migliori.
