Wonderful hotel, close to station
Pros:

Wonderful hotel right next to the station & a short walk to the air cabins. The room was spacious & a huge amount of attention to detail. Dyson hair dryer , full size bath, bath salts and even a massage pillow. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Cons:

Hard to fault it. You can slightly hear the trains but we were on 9th floor and it didn't bother us.

The most important aspect for every hotel stay is a good night's sleep and in this area they failed
Pros:

Staff was helpful

Cons:

Aircond has a timer every night that overrides the room control panel that makes the room warm and causes loss of sleep, then works as usual again at 5am

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Adjacent to the train station and a huge mall complex.

Cons:

Like all Japanese hotels, the rooms were comparatively small. We had a hard time accessing our luggage, which had to be stored under the beds.

Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the JR station, yet it remains quiet, with little noise from passing trains. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to both Minatomirai and Chinatown.

Cons:

The only downside is the hotel’s strict check-in policy. I arrived at around 14:30 and was asked to wait until the standard check-in time of 15:00. While I understand and was aware of this policy, it would have been more welcoming if a bit of flexibility had been offered.

close to the station and nice area.
i like the bathroom a lot!!! it wasn’t unit bath and enough space with good bathtub!!

Cons:

cleaning request should be done before 9am or something if you needed.
