Fantastic staff and amazing location make this the perfect hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora.
Pros:

The things which made my stay so enjoyable were first the very friendly helpful staff, and then the incredible location. No matter where you want to go in Puerto Ayora, you're only a few minutes walk away. The heart of town is just a block away, and yet it's quiet and peaceful at the property itself. Breakfast is amazing and made to order. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, and wouldn't hesitate recommend the hotel to friends or family, or anyone else lucky enough to visit the Galapagos.

Cons:

The shower didn't drain as well as I'd have liked, and the bed was a little too short for me (I'm 6'2")

Great team working at Hotel Acacia. Thank you José, Carolina, Claudia and Bente for making us feel at home and giving us lovely tips. Thanks for organizing the airport pick-up!
The hotel is perfectly located near the town center but off on a side road so quiet, especially at night. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice common places to hang out and relax, air conditioning and small room refrigerator.

Cons:

Bathroom water temperature could be erratic. I hate to waste water.

Great location, staff is kind and helpful. Clean and tidy
Pros:

Room is clean, comfortable, good decoration.
Staff is helpful, especial thank you to the guy and lady that was working on Tuesday and Wednesday in reception.
The breakfast was really good, thank you for going the extra mile and helping me with some food for my baby.

Cons:

The flexibility that they have about booking through booking. Com. They charged me when it says in booking. Com that I will be charged at the property, so that is an unclear process.
Also, the way of making business should be always flexible for trying to help the customer, in my case, if I couldn’t arrive to the island, I would have been charged for all the total stay even when requesting to apply a penalty. For sure the rooms will be booked as mentioned by the staff and making business in that way is not right. There are cases where you can always try to help and be a bit more polite.
Something to improve as feedback, room 101 was great, maybe try to close the gap under the door properly, a bit of oil in the drawers doors, and toilet door as it is noisy. Adjust properly the shower. And the big towels on the room look a bit old, so you can renew them.
Room 102, needs some improvements in general and has a kind of smell that should be checked.

Puerto Ayora- a must do!
Pros:

The hotel is located off the main road with easy access to restaurants. The hotel is small and cute with a pool. The room is clean and the bed is large. The staff is very friendly and helpful...the best part!

Cons:

The air conditioner has 2 real speeds : off or full blast. The pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom is nice looking but not practical: small sink with a faucet so close to sink edge that water overspills, water pressure is low and the policy of not flushing toilet paper is understandable but not pleasant.

Não tem elevador para chegar ao terceiro andar. Nao é suficiente para estragar a experiência. Mas importante para algumas pessoas.

Lovely boutique hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

Lovely small hotel in a great location. Exceptional service and fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel but there is a construction site next door. There is noise and once completed the hotel will have no longer have a view of the bay. But don’t let this stop you from booking this exceptional boutique hotel.
