posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro, struttura molto in generale molto bella con SPA interna a pagamento ridotto per gli ospiti e casinò interno all hotel
su un edificio di 28 piani mi hanno dato stanza al 4 piano, unico piano ci sono poche stanze per ospiti ed un centro congressi: nel week end in cui sono stato ospite c'era un evento e quindi siamo stati disturbati dal via vai delle persone. Vista della città mediocre dal 4 piano e avendo scelto l'hotel proprio per questo la vista sulla città sono rimasto deluso

L’emplacement et la vue de la chambre.
Le personnel de la réception se contredit par rapport au services inclus. Par exemple à l’arrivée on me dit que la salle de fitness n’est pas inclus dans l’offre, alors que lors de la réservation on me disait que dans toute réservation de chambre le fitness est inclus gratuitement. C’est frustrant, car l’un des choix pour cet établissement étant la disponibilité de salle de fitness gratuite. L’offre est déjà chère et payée encore pour le fitness, il faut revoir vos offres et les mentionner clairement.
