The worst
Pros:

Nice size room

Cons:

The Front desk was incredibly rude !
Very nasty and had me trespassed and canceled my booking no reason .
I had no issues with any other staff and had been there for 3 days .
I’m so disappointed in this as I’m already going through a hard time with my son being kidnapped .

The stay was nice but the beds were garbage and broken

Fort Mill area

interstate noise, Uber couldn't find location because of local construction in a nearby parking lot
the large palmetto bug i had to kill before getting into bed

Got less then what I paid for
Pros:

I like that the staff kept common areas clean. And when I had issue about noise of guest above me then did handle it.

Cons:

When I arrived it took another checked in guest had to find the front desk agent after waiting n calling for 15 minutes. The lift smelled like straight weed. The mattress had a huge deep dent that we had to turn the mattress around. The roach hanging out near lift. And the upstairs guest that I pray had a toddler jumping off bed and running around until 11 when we finally got guest service to speak with them.

Terrible place
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Scary people staying there. Was in town for a funeral that started at 3 ask for a 130 check in when I got there the manager man was rude and told me don’t matter check in was 3.
