Cons:

They advertised parking on site but, that is not true. They have 5 parking spots and 3 are reserved for local license plates. They sent me to a parking spot that was a km away. I pointed out that they advertised having parking on site but, they didn't seem interested in rectify this situation. Very disappointed in their handling of the situation.

朝食は無料とのことだけど、申し込む時朝食込みで申し込んでいます。

スタッフが優しく丁寧に対応してくれた。

Cons:

スリッパがいまいちと歯磨き用のコップは紙コップで良い。歯磨き粉の量が少なすぎるので1回分しかない。

Comfortable and central.
Pros:

The room was a little bigger than I have come to expect form typical Japanese hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when the breakfast line was busy. The breakfast selection was basic but filling.

Cons:

The initial pillow was a bit rough - but there were pillows to grab from the laundry area if you need an upgrade for free. No complaints other than that.

寝心地　清潔さは二重丸
Pros:

朝食が無料で味はよかった

Cons:

①味噌汁やポタージュが薄かったこと
②白米がなかったのは子どもが残念がっていました　
③タンパク質のおかずが少なく加工肉でないものが嬉しいです

Pros:

朝ごはんもついてお得。清潔。スタッフの対応が丁寧で説明もわかりやすい。普段から他のコンフォートも使っていますがいつも快適です。
