Belles prestations
Pros:

Très bon niveau de prestations. Les transports en commun, tous proches, permettent une circulation très facile vers les sites d'intérêt.

Pros:

Large clean and confortable room. Washing machines and other facilities were great. Extra pillows available. Breakfast a bit disappointing but included. Close to everything.

Okay good lication
Pros:

It had a great location near the train station. Beds were comfortable

No water supplied
Breakfast was chaotic as was the checkin foyer
The air conditioner leaked over our bed so we needed to change rooms this was disruptive . The staff managed it effectively and gave us two bottles of water to compensate!!!! Hmmm
The nightwear was terrible

Very central location, close to the 2 train stations. Good quality/ price ratio. Would definitely book again.
Pros:

- Very centrally located, with all restaurants, shops around. About a 15 min. walk to the ropeway for the castle.
- Very close to the city train station (when coming with the train from the ferry from Hiroshima), about 1 km away from the main train station (all flat way to the station), so also walkable, even with big (rolling) suitcases.
- Large rooms (compared to most of the regular Japanese size hotel rooms). We could leave 2 big suitcases open on the floor the whole time and still have room to move around.
- The “library room” is open all day until late evening and you get a choice of free coffee/ tea / water.
- Good breakfast choices.
- Friendly staff.
- At last an hotel where the window can be partially opened 😀

Cons:

My only negative comment is that the size of the breakfast room (Library room during the day) is way too small for the number of rooms and hotel guests. There is a magnetic board at the reception where you can choose your breakfast time (different time slots)and see what the occupancy shall be like the next morning. We tried to go earlier as planned one morning and went back to the room. There was a long queue waiting to get into the breakfast room.
