Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Mixed reports: several guests noted hygiene issues (air-recycler appeared dirty, general hygiene concerns), though some reviews explicitly called rooms clean.
Service
9.6
Generally praised across many reviews as very helpful, friendly and accommodating; isolated negatives include slow check-in processes and one report of unfriendly staff.
Location
9.8
Consistently described as excellent/ideal — central, walking distance to beaches and old quarter; repeatedly highlighted as a top feature.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms and bathrooms described as gorgeous, large and comfortable; minor negatives include a bed that felt small for two and some small maintenance issues (light fixtures).
Amenities
9.2
Strong on amenities with a top-rated on-site restaurant, inventive bar and flexible breakfast; one notable negative is the misleading AC description (eco air recycler didn't reach desired temperature).
Value for Money
8.6
Some guests felt pricing was high relative to service in isolated cases; others appreciated pay-as-you-eat breakfast and overall luxury — mixed but slightly below top tier due to price/service comments.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Frequently praised: restaurant 'top'/'outstanding', excellent breakfast options and a strong bar program; food/beverage is a major positive.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall very positive experience for most guests (serene, great location, excellent restaurant and helpful staff), offset by isolated issues around check-in, occasional rudeness and some cleanliness concerns.

Perfect hotel for a long weekend break
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
Excellent breakfast and comfortable area to eat
Nice gym and sauna in the basement but unfortunately no swimming pool (except the massive bay 5 min walk away)
Nice outdoor patio area for drinks

Cons:

Our room did not have a view other than a central shaft - other than that, the hotel was perfect

Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location

Cons:

The rooms were very dark and uninviting.
Breakfast room (when we found it) was soulless and the food wasn’t great. Not a lot to choose from.
