Air conditioner didn't work in the first room, had open wiring near the air conditioner, shower only got hot, not warm nor cold

Very old facility with good cleanliness. In room fridge/freezer & AC work well. Wi-Fi pitiful & staff not helpful re Wi-Fi. Complimentary breakfast advertised but “technically” limited to coffee. Room had 1 desk chair only despite plenty of room for comfort chair. Advertised in room blow drier not present. Sink towel bar falling off the wall. No ice available (broken machine).
In summary, lowest price in town & not worth the cost!

Pictures show it’s not to code. A real fire trap. When you pull up to register, you have to push a button on the entrance to enter ( first warning because Batesville isn’t NYC or PB Ar. Our room seemed clean, but my pictures, and I could have done a lot more.
Go into town, save your money. I will never stay here again.

All good for a one night stay

Convenient for our ball camp. Comfortable and clean room. Just an overnight stay, so great for our needs.

Decent condition for the price except… flies and roll-polies mysteriously appeared during the 2 nights stay…

The attendant was very pleasant to work with! The room was clean but it was missing a closet or even a place to hang my work clothes. Ther was no iron or ironing board or blow dryer either. As a woman and it was a business trip, i needed those small necessities. There was a microwave and fridge! The door only had the electric lock and a small deadbolt, i guess but non of the safety locks that you usually find closer to the top of the door. Personally I felt a little uneasy about that, but im very big on security. The shower was ok but no water pressure at all and it made it super hard to wash my hair. I would recommend this place to others if they would lower the price. Quality of hotel does not match the price I paid.

Polite and courteous

Such a hidden treasure. A very nice town and stop on a cross country tour. Great service and wonderful room. Pet friendly and the roads to walk with my pup were beautiful. I felt safe, refreshed and relaxed.
This place was just what we needed after a long day/weeks of travel.

The room had recently been renovated. It was very nice. There was not a closet and not enough hooks to hang clothes. No hooks or racks in bath. I did talk to the desk clerk about that. She told me the owner has plans to add all that and more, an enlarged office area and larger breakfast area.

Easy in and out of parking. Was close to our niece home.

We were not ablr to dtsy. I booked and was charged for 2 rooms but my reservation was for 1 room based on the printout I received from hotel desk clerk. So we fidnt gave a second room. Hotel was very sketchy with people hanging out in parking lot. When i reached out to hotels .com, I received no response leaving me stranded. We had to seek lodging elsewhere TERRIBLE experience
