Notre pire nuit d’hôtel depuis 30 ans !!!
Pros:

Très bonne situation, entre le lac et la vieille ville.
Mais difficile d’accès en voiture

Cons:

AUCUNE CLIMATISATION !!! Incroyable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. On était en plein mois d’août et nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable, malgré un malheureux ventilateur prêté par la réception.

Absolutely faultless
Pros:

The location. The staff at the reception. The upgrade. The fact that despite it was another very hot night they provided us with an electric fan without us asking. The ear plugs in the bedroom . Their knowledge of the city

Cons:

It’s minor but because we had to sleep with the window open. The noise from people waking and talking down the street at night.

If they fix it, I would be probabbly come back again.
Pros:

Overall, a nice and very well-located hotel. Unfortunately, there was one significant issue during my stay: the air conditioning was not operating. At reception, I was told that it would only be reactivated or renovated in September, so this does not appear to have been a temporary technical fault.

When booking through Booking.com, it was not apparent to me that the hotel would effectively be operating without air conditioning during the summer. At 1:22 a.m., the temperature in my room was still 30.8°C. As a solution, I was given three fans and had to sleep with the window open, which of course also meant dealing with street noise in the morning.

I do not necessarily expect every hotel to have air conditioning. However, for a four-star hotel, I would expect such a known issue—especially one that has a major impact on sleeping comfort during a heatwave—to be clearly communicated before booking. It would certainly have influenced my booking decision.

Amazing location, short distance from all the attractions. Based in an amazing area. Safe and close to all the stores.
