Great location
The so called “Classic rooms” are a disappointment. The hotel is split in two buildings, with one of them (the classic rooms) feeling pretty much like a hostel. The reality of what you are booking should be specified on the website. Having been in other hotels from this chain (Room Mate) I certainly did not expect this. Would not recommend.

The hotel was clean and roomy enough, and the staff were great. It's also within a short walk to the lake, which was nice. We had the breakfast, and while it was great, we were a little surprised at how expensive it was.
The major problem was that we were there during a really hot week, and they had no a/c, so it made for a difficult night's sleep. We were glad to know that they are planning to install a/c in the near future.
One staff member wasnt helpful while the rest were good. I don’t recommend the breakfast, better to go to prince cafe next door.

No es un resort! responde al principio BBB: Bed/Bathroom/Breakfast para un par de dias o tres. Mi habitación, no tenía. por ejemplo armario pero insisto, no es un Resort. Yo viajo por trabajo.
El staff español es muy eficiente y atento.
El concepto es el que es... falta el aire acondicionado en las plantas superiores. Solo eso.

Would be nice if staff helped guests with luggage and a stroller for example by opening doors instead of chatting together (and there were no other guests around)
The staff are friendly and cooperative, location is very close to the main street
There is no AC and the room is extremely small, no ventilation after the shower which feels like if there are mold or something that makes it very difficult to breath.
