Unprofessional regarding checking in as they didn’t have my room number or details available. Had to wait 15-20mins to head into a room.

Not too happy with facilities
The apartment booked was very beautiful and also breakfast was good
Staff attitude: very poor interpersonal skills, they appear very cold , no greeting or smile, and we had to figure most things on our own. Thabiso,however made the stay feel better. Only the beds confirmed that housekeeping had visited. No soap rack in the shower, and also no bin in the bathroom for sanitary products

The unit upstairs to Room 117, water taps were noisy😭
It was kept clean. There was change of linen regularly.
The lady from the restaurant had a nasty attitude. Straight up rude.
We weren't told about the WiFi password-I eventually figured it out last minute.
The beds-not so comfortable
The charging sockets not easily reachable because they are behind the headboard.
The Check in lady was amazing. She was very kind and friendly.
We found getting in and out of building a big problem. At times we waited for an hour for someone to open the motor gate. It was very frustrating.
Also, very noisy living next to a main road.

Bads where so uncomfortable must be changed. Cutlery was not enough had to borrow from the other room, slept in one bedding for 3 days. Cleaning was not proper.
The apartment is as is on pictures, very spacious and clean.
Location was not ideal I thought I had booked in town but unfortunately booked the wrong area diep river, also I made the booking for my little sister and her 4 friends but an extra friend arrived and they were 5 and I was made to pay 350 extra for her and an additional 150 for breakfast. It was only girls couldn’t understand why she couldn’t just sleep there. I was called at 2am by the security guard for the money because when the lady at reception tried to take payment earlier their machine was down. I just felt I was being scammed the extra money for themselves but it is what it is.
