Pros:

I've stayed here a number of times and find the staff very accommodating and helpful
Cleaning of rooms done in a timely manner
WiFi is good and secure parking offered

Cons:

Smart TV don't have local TV station access

Ok place to stay for a night or two.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be, but it’s not a typical holiday destination.

the stay was pleasant

Cons:

after my stay I had to wait 3 weeks to get my invoice and the staff wasnt very helpful only after i had to lift my temper did i get some quick response

Better communication needed
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Check in process was good.

Cons:

Could not find remote control in room.
The lady at check-in did not explain certain things clearly (how we would be able to enter/leave parking area again), we tried calling the number provided for assistance and no one picked up.
Please provide check in information prior to guests arriving.
