Buena locacion y facil de llegar. Instalaciones modernas. El jacuzi limpio y facil de usar, sin tener que esperar a que caliente. El personal muy amable.
Por algún motivo mi banco no les permitía hacer el cobro de la estancia así que me contactaron por booking.com para informarme de esto, y me dan la opción de pagar la mitad o un poco más aprox., para no perder la habitación. Lo hice y mandé captura al número de WhatsApp que me mandaron. Todo supuestamente ya había quedado... Error, llegué al lugar y al parecer mi pago no lo registraron y me querían cobrar la cantidad completa el día que llegué. Total, eso se pudo aclarar. De ahí solo detalles; el minisplit de la habitación no enfría, o tarda muchísimo en enfriar y la habitación se convierte en un horno. Una de las tazas que te dejan para hacer café, tenía lápiz labial, y lo que sí nos molestó más, que nos dicen que venía el desayuno continental incluido, lo cual terminó siendo solo fruta picada, yogurt griego, granola y un café. Okay? Si eso es todo el desayuno, me evito ese extra al apartar la habitación y mejor llevo fruta picada en mi hielera. Y no solo eso, a pesar de eso decidimos darle la oportunidad al restaurante de ahí. Mis chilaquiles sabían a salsa de pizza, y los de mi esposa estaban muy salados, nada comibles. Le comentamos a la mesera que si podían ponerle crema para ver si eso arreglaba el sabor un poco, y definitivamente no y asi lo dejaron. Mi esposa no se pudo terminar el plato, y para colmo nos cobran el platillo cuando no se pudo comer ni 3/4 de este. Al final eran menos de $200 mxn por ese platillo, no es un golpe al bolsillo, pero definitivamente se hubieran visto mejor el no habernos cobrado ese platillo ya que ni el intento de hacerle el platillo de nuevo o ver otra opcion para reponer un platillo que no era comestible.
This a great and beautiful place to stay. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. I stayed at the smaller villas and they were very clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone.

Great place to get away from the day to day activities , such as work. if you don't want to go anywhere else, this place has a nice restaurant, where you can get breakfast l, lunch or dinner. The breakfast that was included with the stay was delicious. Everyone at Xaroma is very welcoming and very polite.
it's not that we totally disliked it, but we didn't get coffee in our room for our second day there. They have a little coffee maker, so when you get up you can get your daily coffee and perhaps they just forgot to restock.

This place was very cute and relaxing. A great getaway from reality. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The food was great, we were obsessed with their sangria! We will definitely be coming back!
