Superbe hôtel décoré avec soin, chambre douillette, personnel attentif et agréable, vrai petit déjeuner, terrasse à l'étage.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, céntrico, desayuno sencillo pero rico, su personal de lo más amable y servicial, lo único que no me gustó fue que el agua se acaba muy rápido

Es hat mir hier gut gefallen. Rund um die Uhr war immer einer ansprechbar.
Man hat alles möglich gemacht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet.
Frühstücksraum ist leider nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen.
Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder nehmen.
Einen kleinen Kretik-Punkt gibt aber doch. Die Handtücher müssten mal komplett erneuert werden
10 min Fußweg ins Zentrum. Zum Bausbahnhof ca. 15-20 Minuten. Kann mit Gepäck anstrengend sein.
San Cristóbal ist eine kleine überschaubare Stadt, aber der Verkehr ist verhältnismäßig sehr stark. Bürgersteige sind zum normalen Lauf eigentlich nicht geeignet, sehr schmal und teilweise auch sehr hoch.

On my check-in the key that was given to me did not work. I had to go up & down three times in order to get a key that work. 03/26/2023 same thing I had to go four times. I asked the person at the front desk to ask someone to go with me to make sure it opens. He was given vives as no care in the world and was in no hurry to help.

Me parece un lugar muy bonito y con excelente atención por parte de su personal.

Agradable lugar, son solo 5 habitaciones lo que te hace sentir como en casa … El desayuno es rico y variado y esta súper bien ubicado, caminando a pocos pasos estás cercas de la mayoría de los atractivos … En general, TODO muy bien, la relación calidad-precio es estupenda; pero lo que se lleva las palmas es LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL, súper amables y serviciales, muy en especial MARY; créanme que hacen todo lo posible por atenderte de lo mejor. Gracias por esta increíble estancia.

El trato de todos los empleados fue excelente, el desayuno increíble y el ambiente en general súper agradable y seguro

Lo mejor del hotel es su servicio, personal muy amable. Como recomendación solamente pondría black out a la cortina porque si entra algo de luz por la mañana.
