Pros:

Really liked to stay in this hotel, very good location, with big shops and restaurants around, very cozy and clean.

I didn’t stay I left and paid to go elsewhere
Pros:

It’s misrepresented and I want a refund as I had to leave as felt so unsafe as a single woman

Completely spoilt our visit to Liverpool. Would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Nothing. Couldn't access the hotel until 2.30. All locked up. No staff on site.

A great stay
Pros:

The room was lovely inside

Cons:

No teaspoons or sugar for making a drink in the room. No staff before 3pm so asking for anything was tricky

Excellent location for football tourists with high quality comfortable rooms !!
Pros:

Accessible with swipe card and nice bar area - with very good value selection of beers.
Within walking distance of football grounds which was the reason for the visit.

Cons:

Would have liked evening meals or breakfast to have been an option - but within 15 minute walk there is KFC, Greggs, Dominos - so not a massive miss. Blinds rather than just frosted glass in bathroom would have been preferable.

Amazing staff and a gorgeous room
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome, the room was gorgeous and very clean

Cons:

A little bit out of the city but only a short taxi ride away

I book our stay as a little get away with my son, would definitely use again
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the fact there was a fan available. The bed was really comfortable and we had access to open the windows if needed.

Cons:

The bathroom door did not close, we could not for the life of us work the shower and the bath took for ever to fill, but when it was full it was nice. The tv was not connected on arrival which I had to do myself, the tv was very slow and glitch.

Friendly staff did the job
Pros:

We did not have breakfast during our stay -I’m not sure if this was offered. The location of the hotel was around a 15 min walk from Anfield which was good and a 12 minute uber ride to the dock and Liverpool one where you can see many sights. The rooms were okay a bit different from the pictures but still fairly clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and we were given fresh towels which was nice. The staff were very friendly and kind and I couldn’t fault them. We had a drink downstairs in the bar and the drinks where cheap and nice.

Cons:

No hand soap was offered during our stay. Despite there being shower gel and shampoo we asked for some hand soap and was told they didn’t provide it which we thought was odd so we had to buy some. The view out our room was off off cut carpet bits and barbed wire it could do with a clean up really.
