The lady i came across being very helpful and friendly , 🙂 and was always happy to help us

Location to anfield was perfect 15 min walk, but very straight forward route.

The staff are very polite, helpful, friendly, approachable staff.
The location, and the car park.

Cons:

No wardrobes, no hanger in the bathroom for hand towels. Sink too small to fit the kettle to refill.

Excellent check in lady on reception was fantastic and professional. I was offered a free room upgrade. Rome good decor good size clean and bed was comfortable. Free on site parking. Cracking bar downstairs.

Room hot but easily coled by opening window. There is a play football facility almost next door. Most with window open to. 10 pm. No issue sleeping
