整體很不錯地段位置佳走路可以到JR奈良站，廁所稍微小一點，馬桶也很小，胖的人入住要考慮一下。

Can safe you in a pinch, would not recommend if one plans a lot ahead.
Pros:

The price was ok, and the hotel rooms were available on a short notice. Sadly, that's all that was good.

Cons:

If the room was used by two people, it would be claustrophobic to stay there. Hard to imagine relaxing in the room. Moreover, the large public bath on the base floor would use a stricter protocol. The smell there was not pleasant and the mold was folding on the ceiling.

価格の割にサービスも立地も良く綺麗！予想以上で大満
Pros:

駅から近いのに、この価格で大浴場付き！という満足感がありました。
お部屋も、よくあるビジネスホテルのようにほぼベッドで占めている感じではなく、ゆとりある空間で広々していて、バスルームも綺麗でした！
夜対応されていたスタッフの方もとても良い方でした。室内電話でハンガーの追加をお願いしたらわざわざ部屋まで届けてくれて、親切なホテルだなあと驚きました(他はフロントに取りに行くスタイルの所も多い)。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、大浴場にカラーボックスで良いのでカゴを置くスペースが出来たら使いやすいと思います。
3人まで入れますが、皆さん置き場所に戸惑っていたので。

あと、部屋の換気口が閉められることに気付くのが、ベッドに横になってしばらく経ってからだったので、その説明も最初にあると助かるなと思いました！
なんか風来るな、寒い→タオルをかけて塞ぐ→それでも寒い→電気点けて良く見る→押してみたら閉まった！
という感じでした。

必要十分な宿泊施設です。
Pros:

2回目の利用です。ロケーションはJR奈良駅と近鉄奈良駅の中間地点にあり、どちらかというと近鉄奈良駅よりでしょうか。どちらからも徒歩圏内なため便利な立地です。コンビニも歩いて数分のところにあるので大変便利です。お部屋について、基本的には狭めなお部屋ですが、荷物が少ないのなら問題ないかと思います。また部屋にはタオルとバスタオルのみしかなく、歯ブラシやひげそり、寝間着、紙コップはフロントで貰います。

Cons:

ユニットバスは一般的なビジネスホテルのものより小さいですが全体的にきれいです。トイレの便座も小さいので大柄な方は窮屈と思います。エアコンの取付位置が低いせいか、風がもろにベッドに当たったので夜中に付けたり消したりしたので少々寝苦しかったです。

コンパクトなホテルで人気観光地に近い
Pros:

奈良駅からホテルへの道は単純でまっすぐに行けば着くので、わかりやすかった。
大浴場も入る人への配慮があるようだった。
観光地、奈良公園にもバスで行きやすい。

Cons:

大通りに面しているので外を走っているバイクのブンブンするのが少し気になった。
