Nice property but price is on the high side
Pros:

Breakfast, while offering a nice selection was luke warm at best (referring to the items that were to be served hot).
Hotel was clean throughout and staff was welcoming.

Cons:

See above note on breakfast.
Television and lamp at bedside were not working.

Excellent!
Pros:

Amazing staff!!!! Some of the nicest staff to deal with ever! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and these people were so helpful and friendly!
The rooms were super clean! I mean clean! Right down to climbing into bed, you could smell how fresh and clean the bedding was! Super comforting to know that!

An excellent hotel in a beautiful location!
Pros:

This hotel is very clean, and in a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The view of the lake was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, offering several different options for most diets.

Cons:

The pool was rather cold.

Nice motel, comfy beds but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Another chair would be nice. Only one in room for two people. Our bathroom floor was sticky. The coffee pot had a used coffee pack left in it. Would be nice if there was hand lotion available.

Staff was great. Hotel clean and Quiet
Pros:

Good breakfast and good coffee. The bacon and sausage were very good.
Room and hotel were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There seemed to be shortages of some items. A stock issue not staff neglect. Would like to have had 1 more cereal choice, like bran flakes.

What a wonderful motel in an amazing place!
Pros:

The atmosphere of the motel is very inviting, relaxing, and is kept up very well. It offers a variety of options for breakfast to accommodate different diet needs. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious.

Completely dissatisfied
Cons:

Air conditioning unit was broken and made loud noises all night. I'm sure this was not the first time it was making these high pitched noises, but we were still given this room by the hotel.

Comfy and clean.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast! A small bar and tv is a great touch!
Front desk was so helpful and quick to respond to any issue or questions. Dog friendly too!

A wonderful location
Pros:

It was a great stay! I will plan to come back soon. Breakfast was great and I woke up to the sunrise over Lake Michigan! I met friends over at Cool City. It was only a few blocks to walk.
