Very disappointed with our stay

This property is as clean

Cons:

The front desk and breakfast personal were pretty much never around. Fresh fruit for breakfast came out after 7. Took grandkids to swim knowing not large pool but not open second day

Friendly staff, nice clean hotel . Favorite part was you could lay in bed and have a great view of Lake Michigan!

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff was the b est we have been welcomed by at this location in years of coming here!!!!! The room was spotless . Those beds are crazy comfortable especially for a guest with severe back issues when traveling. The outside area is beautiful and open to lake views.

Cons:

The breakfast has made an obvious attempt to make improvement over the years but continues to need a better quality. Hard boiled eggs are a protein that is appreciated! The coffee is the best I have had at a hotel— Seattles Best.

Cons:

Maintenance of the room. Hook missing from back of door, tub hardly drained. Shower sprayed in different directions and ac unit rumbled when it kicked on

Great location
Pros:

Very clean, good location. Definitely staying here again. Free breakfast and they open bar to patio later in day to whine down. Food places you can walk to.

Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. She was able to upgrade us for an early checkin so we wouldn't miss a concert!!

Staff was considerate
Pros:

Was asked to leave outside patio area because supposedly someone reserved the area for a wedding rehearsal. Maybe this could have been stated prior to our booking.
