Great location
Pros:

Very clean, good location. Definitely staying here again. Free breakfast and they open bar to patio later in day to whine down. Food places you can walk to.

Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. She was able to upgrade us for an early checkin so we wouldn't miss a concert!!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good. The other 2x I've stayed it was really good.

Pros:

Was asked to leave outside patio area because supposedly someone reserved the area for a wedding rehearsal. Maybe this could have been stated prior to our booking.

Great value and a very clean hotel
Pros:

Stayed a night with my girlfriend. Front desk hostess was friendly and helpful. Building and room were very clean. Room was well-appointed, and I appreciated the detachable shower head with hose and hot water. Mattress was a bit firm for my liking. However, we stayed on a Wednesday night, and the price was right. Would stay here again. Great view of Lake Michigan from our 3rd floor room.

Not enough staff to do the work that was necessary.
Bathroom by lobby was broken for 3-4 days.
Garbage cans in public areas were always overflowing.
Breakfast including coffee was never refilled.
Overnight guy seemed to be helpful, but daytime lady seemed overwhelmed.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Enjoy staying here, a bit more expensive than the other places in town but includes free breakfast. Also has a washer & dryer on sight, this was awesome!

Also the guy at the front desk & housekeeping manager (I think) were all very nice.

Pros:

Breakfast was below average. No juice dispenser, yougert.
Staff was very nice but the a/c was marginal and pool had alot of sand in it.
