I am very much disappointed with upgrade I have paid extra and requested at reception to upgrade my room with good view etc anyhow nothing was considered, I didn't get balcony, requested for mobile charger they only mentioned that I will have to pay for it, even the room service I was not satisfied at all- with 5 star hotel the expectation is always high and the service should be delivered I have stayed at many hotels got good enough service and request consideration in Hilton it's look like don'set work.....

Short stay
Pros:

The location, rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful esp. the Reception Staff Mr. Sahin, Ms. Yagmur, and Ms. Didem. I arrived late with my children and they greeted us nicely and make the check in & out process easy & smooth.

Cons:

- Not enough bell boy to help wth the luggage
- At the time of my stay there was a meeting/government event which caused a crowd at the entrance gate
- The Hotel valet parking is with a fee (500 TL/Day!)
