Выбор на этот отель был сделан по причине близости к стадиону Ататюрка , куда приезжали на шоу. В другой раз наврядли мы

В общем номер был чистый и свежий . Хотя много вопросов к работе горничных.

Cons:

Цена на три ночи за обычный номер с одной большой кроватью была почти 1000 евро ( такие же номера с двумя кроватями были около 700 ), без завтрака.
Номер 1814 на 8 этаже с видом на пустырь и шоссе.
При заселение не хватало халатов и тапочек , звонок принесли . Далее каждый день при уборке , забирали халаты и тапочки , приходилось звонить на ресепшен.
В один день при возврате в номер после обеда уборки еще не было вовсе.
Есть мини бар с вином, но нет бокалов под вино, не доработано , приносилось просить их конечно же забирали каждый день.
Вечером в лобби баре долгое медленное обслуживание, заказ не дождаться .

Poor Staff Attitude and Unacceptable Service
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. Multiple service failures occurred during our visit. Room service took our order one evening but never delivered it and never followed up. The night before, drinks were delivered unopened; after calling for assistance, we were told someone would come, but nobody ever did.

At the hotel bar, despite many guests being present, the bartender refused to serve us, claiming the bar was closed at around 1 PM. This was particularly frustrating as we had previously been informed that the bar would be open until 1:30 AM. His attitude was rude and disrespectful, and he made no effort to assist us. As a result, we attempted to order room service and were again left without any assistance, including basic drinking water.

Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 9 AM on our first morning, which was unexpected and disruptive.

Most disappointing was the lack of response from management. When these issues were raised at checkout, reception simply stated, “I don’t know what to say,” without offering an apology, solution, or indication that the matter would be taken seriously.

Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards we expect from a Hilton property.

Нам все очень понравилось. Все на уровне. А метро перед гостиницей это вообще супер. Заселили пораньше без каких либо вопросов.

Pros:

Good choice for a short stay. Arrival from airport is relatively quick. Excellent connection to Mall of Istanbul and metro station.

Cons:

Some fruits (watermelon) and bakery were not fresh (not same day baked). Limited choice of coffee - only filter coffee.

Pros:

The hotel location is amazing and directly connected to Mall of Istanbul. The service is excellent, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the reception staff are very professional and speak English fluently.

Special thanks to Ebrare,Batuhan, and Alper and merue— they were extremely polite, helpful, and provided top-level service.
