Bir çok kez Hilton otellerinde kalan biri olarak maalesef yaşadığım en kötü Hilton deneyimiydi.

Öncelikle araç ile geldiğimizde girişteki görevli kötü bir üslupla sadece vale hizmeti olduğunu ve otopark olmadığını iletti, kapalı otopark olmaması zaten fiyasko, açık otoparkta da herhangi bir yer gösterilmeyip valeye mecbur bırakıldık, üstelik bunu kendisi telefonla konuşurken kaba bir üslupla belirtti.

Lounge hizmetinden yararlanmak istediğimiz için detay sorduk ama sadece 18:00-20:00 arası hizmet olduğu belirtildi, odaya geldiğimizde otel bilgilendirme menüsünden lounge ile ilgili detay bilgi öğrendik ama iş işten geçmişti.

Duşa girmek istedik, duş başlığı kırık ve hortumun kırık yerinden su akıtıyor.

Odaya çay servisi istedik, ilk aramamdan yarım saat sonra tekrar arayıp siparişi hatırlattım, ikinci aramamın üzerinden 45 dk sonra eşim arayıp siparişi sordu ve çayın bayat olduğunu belirttiler, madem çay yok neden 1 saatten fazla bekletiliyoruz veya çay demlemek ne kadar zor olabilir?

Bu akşam TV 8’de milli takım maçı vardı, teknik ekibe sorduğumuzda maç günlerinde kanalın kapatıldığı bilgisini verdiler.

Kısacası her anlamda hayal kırıklığı bir konaklama.

Location, access to mall, clean, large room

Cons:

We arrived 1 am, additional bed was not ready, they did it quickly but still annoying. No one helped to take our luggage’s from taxi, staff was watching us from inside only after we enter while passing security someone offered help. Breakfast was rich but not high quality. Breakfast room design is like cafeteria in universities. They said upgraded our room but it was on first floor and with direct light of billboards, I could not close curtain fully to have full darkness for better sleep, second night achieved. Not worth to this cost with lots of options around

Pros:

Everything was wonderful,
Hotel is near to masko “furniture shops”
And its not far from the airport and attached to mall of istanbul.
The guest relations “sena” was a big help.
