The staff was very kindly and helpful and polite

Cons:

the sheets of the beds was torn , the smell of the bathroom was terrible , the breakfast was not nice at all specially the cooked food , the turkish coffee was by fees !!! I went many hotels in Istanbul all of them was free , at the end this is the last time i will come to this hotel.

Скудный выбор, обслуживание отвратительное

2. Спортзал
Один из тренажеров был сломан, ударил по голове во время занятия

Веса валяются где попало

Также в зале занимался тренер с громкой музыкой, мешал заниматься остальным

Персонал не прислушивается к обратной связи и не решает проблемы
