Grandson wanted hotel with elevator
Pros:

Location, staff, very clean

Cons:

Breakfast, coffee very bad, door on room so hard to open very heavy my grandson got his arm caught in door when checking out

Great location services and friendly staff
Pros:

The breakfast was above average- excellent eggs biscuits with gravy and meat Good waffles OJ seemed fresh and not frozen. Shuttle service was great So good we didn't need to drive while in HS. Able to walk to the track which was a real plus. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

$800 for 3 nights was pricey but then again it was Derby weekend

It was a nice stay
Pros:

It was clean and it smelled so good. The beds were comfortable and they were in the perfect location to go to Oak lawn.

Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were so nice, room clean and comfortable, hot coffee 24/7, delicious breakfast, great location across ftom Oaklawn. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The facility was clean, good location, room was spacious.

Cons:

Noise from above floor was extremely loud .
Breakfast did not include a neat choice. Only a sausage patty. Bacon or ham would be a good choice

Pros:

Clean rooms, central location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bland. Had to move rooms because of noise from the people in the other room. Bed was a bit hard, made our backs hurt.
