Pros:

Clean rooms, central location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bland. Had to move rooms because of noise from the people in the other room. Bed was a bit hard, made our backs hurt.

The stay was fine, the 1 receptionist was not.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok - my husband ate the full breakfast and he said it was ok.
I only ate a banana & bowl of cereal - I don't like scrambled eggs.

Cons:

The receptionist on the evening we arrived was very poor. We could hardly understand her, she spoke too fast - did not
make clear what she was saying and then just turned around and walked away. If we knew she would be the one to greet us our next trip, I would not return. We asked her a question, she mumbled something then turned and walked away. We
thought she said to follow her so we started to but went into a door by the elevator and closed it. The receptionist that greet us and checked us out the next morning was very cordial. I would rate her a 10.

Good room, Good staff, Good value for sure
Pros:

I was visilting my son who lived in Hot Springs. He had terminal cancer and passed away 4th of July. As I checked out to go home the front desk heard my story and comped me for that day day. That told me that you do care for your guests and treat them with respect and care for them. If the opportunity arises for me to travel again I will choose Microtel.

Cons:

The only thing and this is real picky on my part is that the small fridge is a little noisy at night when trying to sleep.

Staff was friendly and the manager greeted us everyday and made sure our stay was great!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and delicious the location was close to everything we needed!

Cons:

The Ac didn't cool as well as expected and there was no swimming pool which was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was good!
