The staff at check in was very kind

Cons:

We didn't feel safe or comfortable in the location and the police sirens all night didn't help. We wanted a hotel close to 81 for a break in our travel to rest. However, we wished that we would have just continued traveling. I trusted the Hilton name, but next time I'll do even more research before booking.

Pros:

Great bathroom and complementary dove shampoo/soap/lotion. Coffee maker with coffee samples.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready on time for my check in. Did offer beverages to make up for it. At 4 am heard the floor above us from what I could decider leaving or arriving.
