Pros:

Das Schloss ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und auch das Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war nicht sehr sauber, der Rezeptionist war ungepflegt und es gab für den hohen Preis leider keine kleinen „goodies“ an denen man sich erfreuen kann.

L'emplacement est vraiment excellent. À 2 minutes de la vielle ville et quand même en dehors.

Cons:

Belle chambre. La salle de bain est assez mal eclairé et déjà un peu vieillotte.

Comfortable and friendly but room disappointing..
Pros:

Great location although my room faced into the courtyard. Unlike the views from the restaurant which are wonderful overlooking the town and Bernese mountains. Breakfast excellent.

Cons:

Suggestion to take a sauna but the call to say it was ready never came.

angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal.

das Zimmer war herzig🤗

Cons:

schade, dass wir kein Zeitfenster / Möglichkeit hatten in die Sauna zu gehen. Das fanden wir ein großer Nachteil zudem das wir mehr als 250 Fr. bezahlt haben. Wir waren spät dran mit der planung vom Abendessen und am Vormittag ist die Sauna ausgeschaltet. die Preisleistung fanden wir in dieser Hinsicht nicht angemessen.

Sofort wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt!
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt in der Altstadt, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Empfang durch das Personal war wundervoll, sehr herzlich und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für uns besonders schön: Unsere Hündin durfte gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis mitkommen.
Ein echtes Highlight war der private Spa, den man reservieren kann. Auch dieser war sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet – Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool sind einfach mega schön und laden definitiv dazu ein, zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt, den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
