We prepaid for breakfast and then when we went to use it they wanted to charge us again so we left and got food off the property and wasted the money.
The shower would not drain so we couldn't use the shower at all, and we were on a tight schedule so we didn't have time to try and have them fix it.
Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with trash.
Comfortable beds and pillows and clean.

Hotel was in a great location. Close to shops and dinning. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

Kind of hard to find, connected to Lowe’s parking lot. Really off of Hayes not up near road. Check in was easy. Looks fairly new. Rooms are clean. Really quiet.

The room numbers are a little odd, not your usual floor numbering, kind of catches you off guard when exiting elevator.

Nice and large room.. comfortable king size bed and room was full of amenities. Large lobby, dining area and full bar. We were expecting free breakfast but only offered a $10.00 buffet. We stayed for 1 night. Safe area, several restaurants and shopping near by.

Stayed for the weekend. Hotel itself was nice and was clean. Kitchen/Bar staff were lovely. I booked for a King room with breakfast. The bed was comfortable and breakfast Saturday was wonderful.
I was very disappointed with front desk staff although I think their hands were tied by General manager. No house keeping visited the room all weekend.
After checking in I asked for an extra pillow. Staff said they were unable to help with my request as all staff was gone for the day. I asked about getting a pillow from another room as hotel was pretty empty. Was told "I am not allowed to do that".
I have asked for an extra pillow for my legs at many Hilton hotels and this was the first time I could not get one.
On Sunday there was no breakfast buffet. I believe this was due to staff shortage. The Sunday morning reception person said he was sorry and volunteered to contact the GM by text to see what could be done.
The GM was not contacted but when I checked out the room price was lowered by $10.00. The rep at the desk said he did not contact the GM as this was the GMs only day off.
This hotel was not up to regular Hilton standards but was clean.

Your front desk girl was terrible. Did not provide any information. Just gave you your key and sent you on your way. Just worthless and lazy. It’s sad.

Great service! Staff learned who you are and was always available. Having an onsite bar and restaurant was great with good prices. Rooms clean, convenient, and comfortable. Will stay again!

Didn’t like that there was no pool. Other than that it was a nice stay

I’m going to start with the young lady behind the bar on July 17, 2024 around 5pm. She’s does not need to be working with guest, she scrolls through her phone just sitting there like she doesn’t want to work after she sees guest just sitting waiting on her, not washing her hands after counting guest money touching the top of guest straws with dirty hands, I literally set there for an hour and watched how she interacted with guest just no guest professional sense at all. Hotel cleaning management can also tell there crew to clean the rooms with more TLC. Have to get better. Hilton name needs to stand on that name

Very nice room, friendly staff, well maintained.
Only thing was no sign at main road, located off the parking lot for Lowes

The property was convenient and very clean. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the ckeaning staff forgot to clean our room after the first night.

There was a Slingshot Event

Everything was great regarding the room. Quick stay over after a family graduation party. A little disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast and had to pay $10 each for breakfast. Par for the course with how screwed inflation and prices are these days thanks to our current worthless POTUS.
