Value for money stay with good rooms and location
Pros:

Very good hotel for the price. The room was spacious enough, clean and reasonably equipped. The location was close to both a local station and the Yokohama station.

快適で、良いホテルでした。

駐車場が７時からだと少し遅い。

Pros:

Everything was amazing - the shower and bath were excellent, the location was perfect, and the rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with new firm mattresses that made for a great night’s sleep. We were very happy with our two rooms and would highly recommend this place!

アイドルグループとのコラボ企画とチェックインの時間が重なり、フロントカウンター周りがガチャガチャ状態で、ホテル利用客にとっては迷惑しかなかった

日程的に厳しかったが、ホテルが良かったのでくつろげた。
Pros:

会場に近く、徒歩で行けた。空調がしっかり効いていた。朝食が良かった。

Cons:

フロントロビーが9Fにあるため、初めて来た時には入り口が分かりにくい。

Pros:

夫婦で寝るだけの部屋なので十分でした。
アメニティは基本的な物は洗面所に、フロントのそばにクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液がありました。これは助かりました。
あと紅茶のティーパックもありました。部屋にペットボトルのサービスはありませんがエレベーターの所に給水機がありました。ホテルの1階にコンビニもあり何も困りません。

Second stay at this hotel, like it, will stay again.
Pros:

Quiet location, very clean environment, pleasant breakfast venue and food, and very close to shin Takashima station.

Cons:

Self service laundry lacking and no available services nearby. Also not many eateries nearby. However , lots of restaurants in about 15 minutes walk.

Pros:

ぴあアリーナMMライブがあり利用しました。会場まで徒歩で移動できてとても便利。1階にセブンイレブンがあり便利。
お部屋は清潔でとても静かに過ごせました。通信環境も良かった。
エレベーターホールにウォーターサーバーがあり便利。
朝食は2日間利用しましたが、日替わりメニューもあり美味しくいただきました。
駐車場を利用しましたが宿泊者の割引もあり、係員の方も丁寧な対応でした。

間接照明が故障していて、連絡したらすぐに交換していただけました
