泊まってよかったです

駅から近く便利です。部屋も清潔感がありました。

Kアリーナでライブがあったんですが歩いて10分程なのでとても立地が良かったです。ホテル内も綺麗で清潔感あるのでまた利用したいと思います！

部屋は快適。雰囲気は少々暗い。
Pros:

みなとみらいにほど近いところにあって、比較的に便利。　部屋も広めでした。

Cons:

何となく温かみがない感じでした。チェックインのところもそっけない雰囲気で歓迎されている気持ちは全くわきません。スタッフも少なく、ほかの客とすれ違う以外、無人島にいるみたい。

まぁ満足
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクとアメニティが充実していた。朝食時のスタッフさん（受付?から厨房の方まで）の対応も丁寧でとても感じが良かった。朝からほっこりした。

Cons:

ウォーターサーバーが各階に設置してあったが、デカンタがなかった（電気ケトルはあった）ので、少し残念だった。
バスルームと入り口ドア付近には鏡があったが、そこ以外鏡がなかったので、化粧をする時不便だった。

別に。お得感もないしスタッフの対応も悪いし次回は他のホテルにする。

スタッフの対応が悪い。チェックインする時に荷物を置いてからしようと思ったら置いては行けないと言われて、荷物が重いんです、置かせて欲しいと言ったほど。知り合いなどには勧めない。
