Tolles Hotel mit noch besserem Restaurant.
Pros:

Immer ein Tolles Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück super. Ich habe hier einige Nächte verbracht und habe mich immer wohl gefühlt.

Prima hotel maar mis de warmte en de gezelligheid.
Pros:

De bereikbaarheid van de locatie en de parkeergelegenheid.
Verder ook een prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Op verzoek worden er ook verschillende eiergerechten voor je gemaakt.

Cons:

Algemeen: De receptie is op zondag gesloten. Je ontvangt een code om binnen te komen.
Dat is prima geregeld echter mis je wel het gastvrije ontvangst als je op zondag aankomt. Je kunt dan nergens terecht met je vragen, verzoeken of gewoon het gevoel dat er iemand is. De lobby en receptie zijn niet verlicht dus ontbreekt het prettige gevoel bij binnenkomst. Je weet ook totaal niet waar je naar toe moet voor je kamer etc. Men is wel telefonisch bereikbaar maar wij vinden dat een receptie in een hotel geopend moet zijn. Of dat nu via een receptionist/receptioniste of conciërge zal zijn, het is altijd een prettiger ontvangst en/of wetende dat er überhaupt iemand van het hotel aanwezig is.
Kamer: prima kamer met een (verouderde) badkamer. Mooie verlichte achterwand van het kasteel van Bernburg. Er is een kluis op de kamer in de kledingkast maar die zit niet vast in de kast/aan de muur. De losse bouten liggen er gewoon naast. Je kunt de kluis dus gewoon uit de kast halen. Hierover gebeld, omdat we toch laptops en telefoons veilig wilden opbergen (zakelijk bezoek). Helaas werd er lacherig op gereageerd. In geen ene kamer zou de kluis vastzitten, daar hadden ze nog nooit een opmerking over gehad. "Er zou niemand met de kluis onder de arm het hotel verlaten". Beetje het gevoel gekregen niet serieus genomen te worden.
