Great location, amazing view, spacious rooms. Excellent customer service, always willing to help out. We stayed here to run the Halong Bay half-marathon and it was a great location.
The only thing was a limited menu, in both the in Rome dining and restaurant.

That view worth every penny, just to walk in n go sleep and wakeup too is my favourite thing of the room. When staying here, its worth to spend a little more to get a room with ocean view. And equl all to it is everything in this hotel is amazing, eating in the buffet restaurant look for a empty table with the view of all the little islands was the bonus spot of the morning. I am so glad with the swimming pool is under cover open wall as its really hot weather makes the swimming so relax of that beautiful view of the sea n the islands. N our favorite staff Chole with a perfect English book everything that we want to do in the island, like day Cruise, restaurant to try out in the area, taxi, etc. Just tell her what you prefer and if you don't know what to do because its your first time there n lost of what to see or do like us, than just tell her what you want to experience and she book you n sent you information of what to do. We didn't want to sleep on the boat out there so we did the day tour for our 26th Wedding Anniversary with the Ambassador Cruise and we love every moment of it. Another amazing thing in Paddington Hotel is their Spa - Body Massage Retreat, ask to have a look at their facility n see what they offer. Tell them what you want to try out and it worth the feeling of relaxing in your body. They give you clothes to wear after shower, steam, Shauna or you did the freeze tub before you go n lye down for your treatment Massage Heavenly feeling. Every staf n cleaner are amazing
Mình đặt cho gia đình, họ hàng ở 3n2d và mọi người rất thích, đặc biệt là căn có cửa sổ to view biển. Khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm, không phải kiểu nằm ngay bờ biển nhưng vẫn có thể đi bộ ra. Xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra nha
We stayed one night before our Halong cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has amazing views from the top floors with floor to ceiling windows, this was the highlight of the hotel for us. The room also had a bath with a glass wall into the bedroom, so we could enjoy the view from inside. The food for dinner was also very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.
It's not a hotel for value for money, in Vietnam you can stay in very new hotels with better facilities and benefits for this price. The hotel felt a little tired and worn and lacked a warm and luxury atmosphere. The room could do with some renovations. It felt like a hotel for what we used it for, stay for a night to enjoy the view of the bay. Breakfast is only served until 9.30 and they take things away very quickly from 9.30, so get there early.

The stay was fantastic. We even got a room upgrade and the staff fulfilled our every wish and were super friendly. We had a beautiful view of Halong Bay. The breakfast had a very large selection and was very tasty. The beach by the hotel is also super nice. We were also happy to book the boat trip through the hotel. It was luxurious and very nice. We will come back. 10/10
The restroom not too good
I just stayed one night, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly. I had a massage at the spa, which was AMAZING and great value. I highly recommend this. There wasn't many other guests and they served my breakfast to my bedroom which felt luxurious; it was beautifully presented.
Like a lot. Great view and super nice breakfast. Highly recommend.
