Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag unter dem Dach 6. Stock und war Ende Oktober eiskalt , Heizung war defekt hieß es , nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten . Decke und Heizlüfter halfen nicht wirklich .
Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns erst nach wiederholtem Wunsch angeboten .

Pros:

Die Lage nahe Autobahn ist gut, Am Nachmittag Personal super. Sonst alles ok, der Notdienstmann am Abend einfach superfreundlich.

Cons:

Am Vormittag, beim Auschecken unfreundlich. Und man könnte noch erwähnen, dass die Hundekarte nicht die Türe öffnet.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage so das es sehr warm im Zimmer war.

Pros:

Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier fantastisch gefallen. Die Zimmer sind super modern, die Ausstattung ist wunderschön und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Haus ist wunderbar freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den aufmerksamen Service - wir wurden regelrecht umsorgt. Auch das Frühstück war einfach hervorragend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen definitiv gern jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank!
