Pros:

I went twice to the kitchen at 8 O'clock but I did not find anything for breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing to put shoes. They did not provide even tooth brush and comb for hair.

Pulizie giornaliere, buona posizione ( centro )

Cons:

Non c'è reception, chek in, chek out solo tramite macchina, non parlano neanche inglese e sono poco presenti. Il parcheggio è vicino ma pubblico.

Very clean. The pillows were good. There were umbrellas that we could borrow. There is a good seating area for us to have some food together which we bought from outside.

Cons:

We are not sure why there is no basic items for breakfast alto the booking sheet indicated there are basic items like cereals, milk, bread. I think at the least, some biscuits could be provided. The coffee machine should have better instructions. As we have 5 of us, the room is too small for 2 persons. The family suite housing 3 persons are pretty good though. Will also need some guidance on the air-con as it off automatically.

Está bien situado y la habitación es muy espaciosa, además de moderna y cómoda.

Cons:

No es cierto que hablen inglés y tampoco hacen mucho esfuerzo por comprenderte. No es cierto que haya desayuno: ni pan ni cereales. Solo café y agua.. En las 5 noches que estuve nunca limpiaron la habitación ni cambio de nada, aun cuando al tercer día lo pedí. El primer día no hubo ducha caliente para todos. Es un hotel moderno muy desatendido lamentablemente.

The overall experience was okay.
Pros:

the position is overall central and its possible to visit several waterfall just by walking.

Cons:

I was surprised that, despite the hotel being mostly frequented by tourists and having self-check-in, there wasn't a single member of staff with even a basic understanding of English, so it was impossible to ask for information or advice on certain destinations. The room with the "sea view" has a window just above the bed, be careful to choose it if you don't want light to enter your room all night.

Cons:

It was really hard to find someone at the reception and the only contact was a Korean phone number. Also they only give us one room key. No breakfast included but when we made the booking it was mentioned free breakfast. Also is not allowed to use the kitchen.
