Pros:

スタッフの方が完璧な接客の方ばかりでした。
子どもたちの写真を撮っていたら、よかったら撮りましょうか？と声をかけて頂きました。
お部屋もキレイだしどこも清潔感に溢れており、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。
目の前の道の駅があるのも、ワクワク感がありよかったです。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、子どものパジャマ、歯ブラシなどもあればと思いました。子どもは無料でしたので、そこは仕方ないかなと思いますが。

Our favourite hotel! Jewel in the middle of your road trip
Pros:

I wish more hotels in Japan were like this! Great value for the night, very quiet, free car parking, lots of lovely shared spaces - we’re sad to have arrived late and only stayed one night. Super comfy, big King bedroom. Lovely staff at front desk. We got dinner in a town before arriving as I have read other reviews that food options are limited

とても過ごしやすいのにリーズナブルで、最高でした。
Pros:

とても綺麗で過ごしやすい。 設備が新しく、高級なものが使われている。 スタッフの方の説明が親切。

Cons:

オシャレさを重視してかエレベーターまでの道のりで迷ってしまいました。 ラウンジ横などに《エレベーターこちら》の看板があるといいなと思いました。
