Lage genial! Wir sind im September wieder geschäftlich dort, dann aber nur mit Fenster.
Pros:

Die Lage war genial, direkt im Zentrum! Die Tiefgarage liegt direkt unter dem Einkaufszentrum, ist sehr gut zu befahren, übersichtlich und mit breiten Parkplätzen ausgestattet. Der Ausgang geht über das Einkaufszentrum, der Hoteleingang liegt direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr schönes Badezimmer.
Einziger Makel war, dass die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren - was sicherlich auch an der Lage im 9. Stock lag. Die Klimaanlage/Lüftung hat gut funktioniert, man hat also keine Beeinträchtigung, dennoch hätte mir ein Oberlicht z.B. elektrisch zu öffnen, ein besseres Gefühl gegeben.

Pros:

Great location just opposite Utrecht's train station. Quick, smooth, check in and out. Luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff are pro-active and welcoming! The rooms are great: spacious, massive TV, all TV channels you need, great toiletries, super comfortable beds, good WIFI and succulent breakfast. I will be coming back!

Cons:

The pillows are comfortable but a bit small: perhaps having slightly thicker pillows as an option would be good. I didn't ask reception for alternative pillows but I am sure they offer options.

Pros:

Fantastic but short on fruit! Watermelon and grapes are not right for breakfast

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were old and small. Lumpy! The mattress a little old!
