Good if you want super easy access to Utrecht central station.
Pros:

Very easy access to train station and the town centre. Clean. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Too expensive. I have stayed in better hotels nearby in Utrecht for a smaller price. I think they only charge for the fact that they are right across the train station.

Super toller Aufenthalt für einen Städteurlaub
Pros:

Die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetrip nach Utrecht über mehrere Tage richtig super! Man kann Utrecht von dort aus sehr gut zu Fuß auf ausgedehnten Spaziergängen erkunden!
Es empfiehlt sich aus Platz- und Kostengründen in einem Parkhaus außerhalb der Stadt für mehrere Tage zu parken, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, und dann mit der Straßenbahn zum zentralen Bahnhof Utrecht zu fahren. Die Anbindungen sind unkompliziert, kostengünstig, pünktlich und schnell.
Von Bahnhof aus ist es nur ein kurzer Gang über den Platz zurShopping-Mall, in der auch der Hoteleingang liegt. Mit dem Aufzug fährt man von dort aus in den 3. Stock zum Einchecken.
Das Einchecken war so unkompliziert bei den überaus freundlichen Damen am Hotelempfang und überhaupt ist das gesamte Hotelpersonal sehr nett, hilfsbereit, freundlich und menschlich zugewandt!
Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ein großes Bett und erstaunlicherweise reichte diese enorm breite Bettdecke zum Teilen sogar für uns beide mal, was wir bisher nie in anderen Hotels so vorfanden. Die Bettwäsche ist übrigens für Allergiker geeignet.
Ein sauberes und geräumiges Bad mit einer schönen rutschsicheren großen Dusche war ebenfalls vorhanden und die Klimaanlage des Zimmers ließ sich auf die gewünschte Temperatur regeln und störte auch nicht durch Geräusche.
Selbst ein Fenster konnten wir in unserem Zimmer im 7. Stock glücklicherweise auf Kippstellung öffnen, um durchzulüften.
Super ist auch, dass man sich entscheiden kann, sein Zimmer während des Aufenthalts alternativ mal nicht reinigen zu lassen, sondern erst bei Abreise oder wenn man es für nötig hält. Dazu hängt man einfach ein Türschild außen an, wie es auch in anderen Ländern häufig üblich ist, schon weiß der Reinigungsservice das keine Zimmerreinigung notwendig ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich.

Pros:

An easy place to stay as a tourist with child, between Utrecht center and railway station. Easy access by train to Amsterdam or other destinations, if you want to see Utrehcht plus some other places. Hotel staff was kind, room and bathroom modern and breakfast good. The fridge in the room was practical.

Cons:

Housekeeping of hotel room was basicly changing the towels and adding toilet paper. The floor of the hotel room was not cleaned once during our five-day stay, even though it was visibly dusty and dirty. This was quite anoying, and I did expect better cleaning of the room.

I didn't like that the way to and from the hotel is always through a (busy) mall, but I knew this in advance. It took a while to find the elevator in the mall from level 1 to level 0 (where hotel entrance is); there is only few elevators in the mall. But after all, one of them is just a few meters from hotel entrance.

Great room, great location if Utrecht is of interest to you, (which is a big IF).

Cons:

Not so many bins nor restrooms in the hotel outside the room.
Also pretty pricey (its not Manhattan nor London; it's just Utrecht).
