Pros:

I love how it is in the mall, right there outside of Utrecht centraal. The location is top! The staff is so friendly and professional. You don't find that a lot nowadays! I love to always stay at their hotel when visiting!

Rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gutes Bad, gute Handtücher, guter Föhn, schönes Zimmer, Fenster kippbar, top Lage in der Mall, wunderbares Frühstück mit besonderem Ausblick. Das Wochenende war rundum angenehm, so wie ich mir einen Hotelaufenthalt immer wünschen würde.

Ubicacion perfecta, a 1 minuto de la Estación Central, puedes it andando a los sitios clave de la ciudad, y esta dentro de un centro comercial moderno que tiene de todo. El desayuno genial y las habitaciones amplias y comodas

A partir de las 20:00 el acceso se limita a ciertas entradas del centro comercial y a veces puede ser molesto

After having completed a long travel day, the location of the hotel was ideal. The staff were extremely friendly, and gave a personalised service, engaging with all the customers. The facilities were extremely good, considering the price of the room

Comfortabel ineen goede ambiance.
Pros:

De locatie was zeer goed gelegen en we hadden een prachtige kamer die erg ruim was. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het hele hotel was qua sfeer prettig. Hygiëne was perfect zelfs bij het ontbijtbuffet was alles schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Het bed vonden wij iets te stevig maar we hebben wel prima geslapen. In de badkamer ontbrak een setje met wattenstaafjes/wattenschijfjes.
