Very comfortable suite and the experience was very relaxing.
Villa and gardens were very well maintained and picturesque

Pros:

It's a beautiful Colonial house with a great atmosphere, facing the park, very quiet. The Junior Suite we had booked was very small and had a small window so the manager upgraded us to another room, which was nice. The garden is so peaceful, as is the pool.

Cons:

A coffee machine in the room would have been nice. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade. Very low water pressure, dirty tiles. The only thing I really hated is the caged birds at the bar. Not something you'd expect to see in a Boutique Hotel in 2025. It's very sad.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful, but what makes this hotel special is the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable, if you need a reservation ask for Lulu, she got the best recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

Tranquil haven in the middle of San Miguel.
Pros:

Beautiful clean room and peaceful and serene surroundings with helpful staff. We really enjoyed our breakfasts/lunch there each day and location was perfect opposite the beautiful park!

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación fue excelente, llegamos caminando a todos lados. La cama es muy cómoda y grande. Los jardines son bellísimos, la decoración del hotel y de la habitación tienen detalles hermosos por todos lados. El personal fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Un apagador no funcionaba. Encontramos cojines descosidos. No cuenta con minisplit para las personas calurosas. El día que llegamos quisimos aprovechar el restaurante pero ese día habían fumigado y cerraron.

This was such a gem. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. It is just far enough from the downtown core to feel like you're in a secluded paradise.
