Would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, just around the corner from the train station. Nice walk to tourist attractions. Good selection of set menu breakfast. Nice decor.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Great location and helpful friendly staff
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were extremely helpful. They assisted me in sending my suitcase to my hotel in Tokyo. This was a very easy and seamless process which made my trip so much less stressful. Very convenient location and I loved being able to do my washing at the hotel for a reasonable price.

Cons:

The rooms were small but this is quite standard in Japan.

Luxus und Lage für fairen Preis
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof von Hiroshima ist einfach Klasse. Auch der Service und die Ausstattung des Hotels waren sehr gut für den Preis. Das öffentliche Bad und Waschraum waren nach meinem langen Urlaub wirklich ein Segen!

Cons:

Etwas kleines Zimmer, ansonsten sehr gut!

新幹線と温泉？
Pros:

部屋から広島駅新幹線乗り場が見えたのが嬉しいかったです
シングルでしたが、ベットも広くてゆっくりできました
またお風呂(温泉)が気持ちよかった

Pajamas were comfortable. Location very close to hiroshima station

Cons:

This was the only hotel in our 3 week stay (9 hotels) in Japan that didn't bring our bags up for us. When we asked for extra blanket they told us to come down to get it ourselves (8th floor) which has also never happened. Check in was on a kiosk while 3 staff watch you instead of helping. They saw me check my name and use my passport without finding my reservation only to finally walk up and they had my reservation number written down on a piece of paper, so instead of checking me in they just watched and waited while their system didn't work. Bfast was just a sandwhich or bread with soup that was not tasty at all. Beds were not comfortable, we didn't sleep all night and i slept great at every single hotel otherwise.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix et emplacement idéal pour un court séjour.

L’emplacement était super! À 4 minutes de marche de la gare, propre, tranquille, bien décoré. Très bon rapport qualité prix!

Cons:

Oreillers et lits d’appoint un peu durs.

ビジネス利用ならおすすめ
Pros:

上階に露天風呂もある大浴場があります。毎晩、利用させていただきました。

Cons:

前半２日はビジネス、後半３日は妻との広島観光を兼ねての利用でした。広島は初めてではないものの詳しくなく、駅に近くJRの名を冠するホテルなら安心… と思っての利用だったのですが…。

パートナー、配偶者とゆったり泊まる感じのホテルではなかったです。なんというか…、単純にビジネスホテルだったんですね。まぁこれは事前の下調べが足りなかった当方のミスによる「勝手にガッカリ」コメントです。失礼しました。

Great value for money for this location
Pros:

A lovely hotel, well located. My room was spacious with modern fittings for a business hotel, with a lovely public bath facility also with inside and outdoor pools. The staff were also very helpful when I wished to forward my luggage.
