Pros:

Location, clean, very welcoming and accommodating.
The staff were extremely wonderful and the facilities were fantastic. Location to Hiroshima station is a big win.

旅の疲れを癒してくれた

スタッフの方々の接客が丁寧で、心温まりました。
また温泉も、広々していて、露天風呂までついていて、とてもリラックスできました。客室に館内着やお風呂用のボディタオルの用意があり、とても気が効くなと思いました。出張でとても疲れていましたが、このホテルのおかげでリラックスして広島を楽しむことができました！

広島駅から近くアクセスが良かった。コンビニも近くにあり、温泉もある(大浴場の利用状況も部屋でわかります)ルームウェアも着心地良かった。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で優しかったです。

We picked this hotel over others because of its proximity to the Shinkansen departure. The hotel is newish, rooms are clean, and the staff was very helpful. The public bath with two basins was an upscale feature. Breakfast was basic but fresh. For under ¥1000, there's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use our purchased breakfast due to an early train departure.
