Hotel Bluestone

Too many kids running around and took awhile to feel the comfort …

EXTREMELY disappointed. The towels were dirty, holes in wall where bugs were coming out of. electrical wires exposed, fire extinguisher missing, toilet didn’t flush,
Dresser knobs falling off. Ice machine did not work. Property management allowed people to cook and build a fire in the parking lot. I have pictures of these unsafe infractions.
Never again.

We checked in before looking at the property,and checked right back out.There was needles outside,it was dirty,it looked like a crack house and we felt unsafe there.

Omg that hotel had around 40 -50 homeless people cooking oiyside on hotplates and bbq grills right on the sidewalk.Im not lieing.This is terrible place to lay your head.We say about 8-9 cars with families in the cars homeless.I wouldnt make this up.This is not a safe place to be.Beds and floors just nasty stains.I took the lost on money and just left 10 minutes.Office person was scary enough with flip flops on and nasty feet.Ugh

Place was sketchy. No ice, no cups, no trash can, no kleenex. And apparently no vacuum cleaner, room appeared to have not been vacuumed in a long time. If we weren't so tired, we'd have left. Dead cricket in the bathroom. Broken lampshade. Curtain hanging on one side. There was hot water and the tv and refrigerator worked. There was trash in the hall when we arrived, still there when we left. Had to ring a buzzer to summon a desk clerk. Made several trips thru the lobby to go to our vehicle and never a desk clerk, morning or night. Several returned room keys were left out on the check-in counter in plain sight, morning and night. I hate to think what those were used for.

There was trash everywere inside and out the gentleman who owns it gave me a room thats wasnt clean 4 times in a row i had to make my own bed without a comforter and had to hook the t.v up there was no soap and overall it was just gross place needs a serious cleansing dont understand how a hotel this bad is still open there was water flooded in the hallways the city needs to shut this place down or teach the owner how to properly maintain a clean and effective hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We arrived and none of our rooms had been cleaned, and they were full of other peoples things. We left immediately; the Hotel now won't respond to hotels.com's requests to give a refund. We wasted $832.68 on this hotel. HORRIBLE. This should be removed from this website.

The motel is a moderately nice building from the past in some disrepair. The room was poorly lit and the bed linens were of questionable cleanliness. There were issues with the carpet that demonstrated it had not been vacuumed. Furniture was worn, there was a poorly patched section of drywall in the bathroom, there was a hole punched in the hollow core bathroom door. A bar of soap remained in the bathtub from a previous guest, and there were no towels. This last point could almost certainly have been resolved at request, but I was not overly keen to bath in the tub anyway. I opted to merely sleep and hit the road again as efficiently as possible.

While I’m not a clean freak, I have had significantly better experiences in motels at half the price. Clearly, I do not recommend a stay in this motel.

I had a pleasant overnight stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is a very lively place with a lot of laughter... children are welcome. The staff is very busy and cordial.

We were very disappointed in the Bluestone hotel.it was extremely noisy all night. It lacked a waste paper basket, cups, coffee and more. The blanket had a 3 inches of soiled grease or dirt on it. There was loud talking and yelling by the people across from us and they were rude when we asked them to go somewhere else to yell and talk. It was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at

This was the dirtiest hotel i have ever been in. I wouldnt have stayed had i not booked online and couldnt get a refund. There were hairs on the linen in the shower on the sink and tables. There was something unidentifiable splatrered on the wall near the fridge the carpet was filthy and the bathroom looked horrendous. The guy at the desk was nice enough but the hotel was disgusting. I would never recommend anyone stay there.

It was cheap. Should have been a clear flag.

As of July 2021, the man who checked me in said he was short staffed. Seemed like it might just be him.

Seems having a lot of rooms, but not well maintained and not taking good care of the rooms.

The room smelled bad. The carpet was very old and dirty. The linens wereclean but old. I will not stay again. The room I was in needs to be redone and new furniture as it smelled like it had been a smoking room before. I would not recommend this hotel. A one star at best.

This was a great value. It looks a little stale, but the room was just like the picture, very modern, and the bed was great. I had to overlook some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, but for the price, that was a small compromise!
Bluestone was half the price of other hotels in the area!
