The staff were outstanding—every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room was impeccably clean and marvelously designed with high-quality furnishings, maintained to a pristine standard daily. The buffet breakfast was also top-tier, offering a superb variety of impressive and delicious options, from pastries to local dishes. Overall, our experience was truly luxurious and comfortable, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. In all respects it was outstanding. The staff were very helpful. The food at the hotel was amazing. While the location is out of the CBD it is very easy to access. The venue is very relaxing with great options for relaxing on site. The rooms are large with excellent facilities.

The hotel is very far from places where you can walk, it is very dark in the evening, the hotel is very cold, almost all the staff does not speak English. The Chinese restaurant has an unclear menu, the staff cannot explain what dishes, so it is not clear what to order. You cannot sit and drink coffee in the hotel lobby because it is very cold. In a word, it is gloomy, boring and not tasty.

expecially, i found there were no free drinks which was informed when i made a reservation, and i asked them about it, the staff corrected/resolved the problem very fast. every service he provided was accurate and very kind. thank you guys.
Our room was amazing lots of space and very comfortable. There is a decent size pool and gym and the breakfast was great.
The location didn’t have many convenience stores close by
