One attendant.
The price till walking in. It's a dump. Paid for a suite with kitchenette for a month. However first off it is the nastiest place ever. Secondly the suite had sticky nasty ripped carpet, microwave was disgusting, stove did not work, bathroom was gross,pubic hair,filth,urine,stained towels,bedding,and base trim was peeling off everywhere with filth caked up on and behind it. The smell was horrible throughout the entire place. Management was notified about the inequality of the room but, did absolutely nothing to fix or offer another room in the dump that at least had working cleaner appliances. I ended up battling with them over my money still nothing from them. Clause states no refunds people read it and don't stay if your a clean person or expect anything to compensate from them. Also it is unattended from 7pm to 11am no person to reach to complain about prostitution and drug deals going on in hallways. Horrible horrible (Colerain property) .

It was close to restaurants and work grocery stores were only 15 mins away
The general manager was rude I killed three roaches while I was there and the snack machine didn’t dispense my snacks half the time
Drove 8 hours and they did not honor our reservation. Suggested I take a single queen bed room and share it with my 17 year old daughter. I declined and requested my deposit be returned (which still has not happened!) Pictures online DO NOT MATCH room decor or appearance. Lobby bathroom was overrun with dirty tissues and a nasty toilet. I cannot make this up. My daughter refused to use the bathroom. We sat in the car in the parking lot for about 45 minutes until we found another organization that could accommodate our 13 day stay that ended up being 45 minutes from the venue where her AAU games were being held instead of 12 minutes away. All in all, everything happens for a reason as this place isn't suitable for occupants... should be condemned.
