Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, nähe Metro Station Business Bay. èber die Strasse gibt es ein Einkaufsshop und diverse Möglichkeiten zu essen und trinken.
Das Service Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam besonders Joanna, Heney und Ruby, nochmals vielen Dank.

Cons:

Für mich war die auswahl vom Frühstück zu minimal. Ich habe gerne Müesli und Joghurt, Früchte oder Toast und die auswahl auf dem Tablet war halt für mich nicht so berauschent. Hate wenig Möglichkeiten zum abwechseln. Aber sonst alles gut.

Low value in comparison to price paid / Workers playing loud social media videos with sound on
Pros:

Good location in the center of the city. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

1. Room is not soundproof. You can hear the people in the hallway all the way from your bed. The door doesn't block noise.
Sound also travels through the walls and floors. Sound of slamming doors in other rooms, etc. This is not as described on this website and also not according to the price paid in comparison to other options. You can stay in a poorly soundproofed room for about 1/3rd of the price paid at this hotel.

2. Trying to relax at the pool is basically impossible because the lifeguard worker was playing annoying social media clips on his smartphone with the sound on. This happened two days in a row with two different workers. I have no idea who educated these people. It is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, or a sign of poor public etiquette. Playing with the phone during work is already weird, but disturbing guests by playing random tik tock videos with the phone on speaker mode is something that just doesn't belong in any profession, especially not when the people you are disturbing have paid money to be there and are trying to relax in a pool area. This really doesn't meet any standard.

Because of these two points, I don't recommend people to book this hotel and I think that 2/10 is an appropriate score.
