Terrazza ampia con vista sulla città fantastica.
Posizione strategica per visitare Istanbul.
Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui.

Locatie is echt top, veel op loopafstand en zeer dichtbij tramlijn 1. Prijs kwaliteit is prima.

Cons:

Lage deuren, zeer kleine badkamer in kamer 402. Kamer 401 was wat dat betreft beter, maar had weer slechter uitzicht. Helaas veel lawaai van omliggende airco’s en andere apparatuur op dakterras. Binnen geen/nauwelijks last van.

Verwarming/airco binnen maakt veel lawaai, maar nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt.

Nice, clean small hotel with friendly staff but the room is small and t he e bed mattress is old.
Pros:

Location is great for shopping, eating, and exploring old town. Manage was friendly and helpful. Very clean as well.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows are lumpy and the towels should be updated. The bathroom is a very tight space.

فندق غريب ومخيف 😱

الموقع ممتاز بجانبه مطاعم وكافيهات كثيرة جدا بالذات مطاعم (اردا اللبناني) الشهير التكييف والتدفئة في نفس المكيف يعملان بجودة عالية توفر الماء الساخن في الحمام وبدفع قوي جدا بالذات في الشتاء النظافة وخدمة الغرف يوميا وتوفير قوارير الماء بشكل منتظم الانترنت سريع جدا ولا ينقطع ادوات المطبخ كاملة بدون فرن او مايكرويف فقط يوتجاز عين واحدة السرير والمخدات نظيفة ومريحة وإمكانية توفير بطانية إضافية تطلبها من عاملة التنظيف

‏أولا انصح كبار السن ومن لديه أطفال على عربة أن ألا يستاجروا في الفندق لانه واقع على مرتفع وصعب الوصول إليه بالأقدام ولا بد من استخدام سيارة اجرة دائما لا يوجد موظفين في الاستقبال حرفيا وهذا غريب بالفعل ويتم ارسال رساله على الواتساب قبيل وصولك بمكان تواجد كرت الغرفة وهو عادة يكون في درج صغير داخل طاولة في ممر الدخول و يتم ايضا ارسال الأرقام السرية للدخول للفندق.لان الباب الرئيسي مقفل دائما ولا يوجد من يساعدك على حمل الأمتعة بالذات لكبار السن والنساء ولمن لديه مشكلة امتعة كثيرة لانه لايوجد موظفين في الاستقبال كعادة بقية الفنادق المحترفة المبنى قديم وتم تجديده كليا وسماع الأصوات الخارجية لفقدان العزل بالذات للغرف التي تطل على الشارع المصعد صغير جدا ولا يتسع الا لشخص مع حقيبة صغيرة لون طلاء جدران الغرف كئيب وغامق ويصيب الشخص بالاكتئاب وضيقة الصدر عند الدخول للفندق متاخرا ليلا تحس بخوف ورهبة لان الإضاءة خافته ومظلمة في بعض الاركان ومكتب الاستقبال خالي من الموظفين ومظلم ايضا وتشعر بان هناك من يراقبك على غرار افلام الرعب الأجنبية واذا وفي حالةً الطوارئ لاسمح الله تراسلهم على الواتساب وان حالفك الحظ سيتم الرد عليك مما يبعث في داخلك شعور بعدم الراحة والطمأنينة والامان وان كنت مضطرا لاستئجار غرفة فالأفضل حجز ليلتين وبعدها تقيم نظام الغرفة المفردة ضيقة جدا لدرجة انه لا يوجد مكان لفرد السجادة للصلاة وايضاً لا مكان للشنط بعد تفريغها

Do not stay here. Worst hotel experience with no accountability from the property manager.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Do not stay here. I had to book another hotel and they would not refund me despite multiple opportunities to do so.

Cons:

Everything about this hotel was awful and they took no accountability despite multiple opportunities to do so from booking.com and myself.

Rude staff. No accountability from property manager. Exposed springs in mattress. Exposed electrical. No drain in sink or shower. Hair in the bathroom. Ripped sheets. Continued to lie about offering me an alternative so as not to have to provide a refund.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life and they refused to address my concerns. The staff were rude and ignored me when I reported that you could feel every spring in the mattress they provided by simple gently running your hand along it, they said it was personal preference. But I am a climber and backpacker and am used to sleeping in less than luxurious situations and this was not preference.

I raised the concern immediately as I knew that sleeping on the mattress for a full night would cause significant back issues. They told me there was nothing they could do, would not refund my stay, would send someone to check in the morning. When I asked for a cot to sleep on instead, as that would have proven more comfortable, they ignored my messages.

In the morning no one came until I requested. Even then they sent the housekeeper who acknowledged the springs could be felt but said there was nothing she could do.

I had to book another hotel the next morning and the back pain caused me to miss an entire day of my trip recovering. As I left I spoke with the staff member there and said that I anticipated a refund given the experience and he said that I needed to go through Booking. When I went through booking they simply denied my request. They even tried to mark me as a no show so that I would be unable to leave a review.

Chouette, quartier, chambre confortable, mais mérite plus d’attention sur l’entretien. Nuits pas très calmes…
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur de Galata, à proximité des transports, des restaurants et des cafés. Accès facile au quartier de sultanatmet soit à pied, soit par le tram. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Chambre confortable. Ménage quotidien et efficace.

Cons:

C’est propre mais l’entretien est moyen, pas mal de petites choses et de petits détails cassés ou vieillots qui n’ont pas été remplacés, que ce soit dans les parties communes comme dans les chambres. Notre chambre était censée faire 30 m2, elle devait en faire 22 à tout casser. Très petit balcon quasi inexploitable pour déjeuner à deux Cuisine équipée très basique (nous avons dû réclamer une casserole). Rue bruyante et fenêtres, double vitrage peu performantes, attendez-vous à avoir du bruit la nuit.

Great location and close to so much to do and eat!
Pros:

The location was ideal. We were within walking distance to so much!
The staff were amazing. Very understanding and helpful. They even were able to accommodate a change in our flight plan by allowing us to move to an available room without any initial charges. We just paid the regular nightly fee. We would definitely come back!

Cons:

The rooms were surprisingly smaller than we thought from looking at the photos, but my family of 4 made it work!
