Breakfast was as expected

We had a great time on our trip. The resort was perfect. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Their wine was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was so kind and helpful. We would recommend this resort to anyone who wants a perfect little hideaway in the Valle.

However, the service at the restaurant was not great. Servers seems like they didn’t want to be there. Food was good, but the alcoholic drinks (mixed drinks) were not good at all. They were too sweet and could not taste the alcohol at all. It tasted like juice with syrup.
We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. When we arrived, the air conditioning was off, and it was over 100° outside, so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable to settle into.
The television was also an issue—there’s no standard cable connection, and they recommend logging into your own Netflix or Amazon account. However, those options never appeared on the TV, so we couldn’t watch anything during our stay.
The shower was disappointing as well. It felt dirty and slimy, and I actually had to lay down a towel just to be comfortable standing in it.
Another downside was the restaurant not opening until 8 AM, which meant no early morning coffee—something we were really hoping for.
On the positive side, the Saturday night band was fun and definitely the highlight of our stay. But overall, with the issues we experienced, I would not stay here again.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon to enjoy our stay in valle de Guadalupe

It smelled like an outhouse outside our room
We would have liked to enjoy fire pit’s that was there but smell was too bad.
Bed was hard as a rock
Everything was perfect, excelente customer service, Jose Luis from the restaurant was very nice and helpful.
Bed comfort was not the best. Staff was okay not as helpful or friendliest.
