Pros:

Tolles Frühstücks- als auch Abendbuffet. Die JLLounge hat sich absolut ausgezahlt, diese dazuzunehmen - genauso wie die Größe der Zimmer. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Am zweiten Tag war das Wasser etwas kälter als am Ersten.

Wasser war für eine Therme nicht warm genug,es hatte am Samstag nur 32 Grad und Sonntag Nachmittag auch nicht mehr. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön.
Cocktails waren sehr gut. Thai Massage war top.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es mehr vegetarische Speisen geben würde.
Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Fön, das leider erst am nächsten Tag und nur nach erneuter Frage gelöst wurde.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gutes Restaurant mit abwechslungsreichem Essen, freundlicher, deutschsprachiger Service, kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel

Cons:

Allgemein benutzbare Toiletten in schlechtem Zustand und nicht sehr sauber. Restaurant hatte Ambiente eines Speisesaals ohne besondere räumliche Gestaltung, teilweise sehr starker akustischer Widerhall erschwert Gespräche bei vollem Haus.
Hauptfinnsauna ist von 11.30 bis abends durchgehend mit lautstarken Erlebnisaufgüssen belegt, für Ruhesuchende ungeeignet. Da es keine zweite Finnsauna gibt, kann man als Ruhesuchender nur in die Biosauna oder Dampfbad ausweichen, das ist für ein Wellnesshotel inakzeptabel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Abend- und Frühstückessen war sehr gut und sehr viel Auswahl. Das Hotel war super.

Cons:

Es war in der Therme kälter wie gewohnt und es gibt nur ein normales Becken + Kinderbecken.
Wir haben aber gehört im Sommer gibt es auch ein Aussenbecken.Da kommen wir wieder.
