A surcharge of EUR 40 per room applies for early check-in, and a surcharge of EUR 45 per room as late check-out (until 3 pm). All requests for arrival and departure outside reception opening hours are subject to confirmation by the property.

Pros:

Im grunde genommen ist alles perfekt es ist nur schade das an der therme zu wenig saniert wird das ist sehr schade weil Die dann immer mehr verfällt. ( Wc fliesen und wände) zimmer und einrichtung top wir kommentrotzdem wieder😀

Nagyon csalódottak vagyunk a szállással kapcsolatban. Kisbabával érkeztünk, és már az első este kellemetlen élményben volt részünk: vacsoránál a pincérnek szinte könyörögnünk kellett egy etetőszékért. Másnap reggel ugyan találtunk több etetőszéket is, de mindegyik koszos, elhanyagolt állapotban volt. Amikor ezt jeleztem az egyik pincérnek, ugyan letakarította, de rendkívül udvariatlanul, szó nélkül, szinte hozzám vágta a széket.
Az étkezéssel sem voltunk elégedettek: a vacsora választéka szegényes és a reggelinél sem voltak friss gyümölcsök. A wellness részlegen dolgozók viselkedése is hagyott kívánnivalót maga után: nem voltak segítőkészek, nem adtak megfelelő tájékoztatást, és kifejezetten lekezelően viselkedtek.
Összességében nagyon rossz tapasztalat volt, biztosan nem térünk vissza, és másoknak sem ajánljuk.

Spokojený prodloužený víkend.
Pros:

Měli jsme polopenzi - jak snídaně, tak večeře nám velice chutnaly. Hotel je moderní a dobře vedený, wellness (byli jsme o Velikonocích) vhodný spíše pro chladnější dny. Líbila se nám hotelová kavárna, večerní živá hudba, prostorné parkoviště, oddělení rodičů s dětmi od těch bez dětí, tablety s hrami v aule hotelu. Výborné wifi připojení.

Cons:

V pokoji je sice vařič, ale vůbec žádné nádobí. Hodila by se i rychlovarná konvice. A vzhledem k tomu, že cca 1/3 hostů byla z Čech či Slovenska, mohla by satelitní TV obsahovat i nějakou českou/slovenskou stanici.
