A surcharge of EUR 40 per room applies for early check-in, and a surcharge of EUR 45 per room as late check-out (until 3 pm). All requests for arrival and departure outside reception opening hours are subject to confirmation by the property.

The facilities and the meals were nice!

Cons:

This could’ve been an amazing resort. Unfortunately the staff does not support that: breakfast from 7:30 to 10 but the sauna world only opens after 12, dinner from 6-9pm, but the spa facility closes at 8, turned off the sauna at 7.45 and said that they want to close now. They give you free late checkout at 3.30, but of course we were not able to live with that, could have been nice if they tell us before so we can calculate with that. They imply that you will steal the robes, the towel. Even though everybody gets access to everywhere, you need to have a bracelet, and 2 vouchers and of course your room card with you. Silly.

Es war einfach fantastisch! Alles super sauber, wunderschöne Therme, tolles Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Pros:

Szaunapark tetszett a legjobban. A kiszolgálás a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a kínálat tökéletes. A programötletek közösség építőek.

Cons:

Hiányzik a folyamatos állagmegóvás.

Für den Preis absolut ok, wer mehr will, muss mehr zahlen.
Pros:

Schöner großer Spa Bereich, mehr als ausreichend Liegen in allen Bereichen. Nicht viele Saunen jedoch für jeden was dabei. Abendbuffet nicht sehr umfangreich aber ausreichend. Vielleicht auch der Nebensaison geschuldet, Haus war eher unausgelastet, was im Wellnessbereich natürlich sehr angenehm war! Preis/Leistung absolut ok.

Cons:

Das in vielen Bewertungen "sehr freundliche Personal" hat zu unserem Zeitpunkt wohl gerade frei gehabt. Im Restaurant waren alle sehr kurz angebunden, manchmal reichte es nichtmal für ein "Bitte schön" nach dem Danke unsererseits - sehr schwach.
Zimmerbalkone eher ein Scherz, ca. 1m² Platz für genau EINEN Stuhl. War für uns aber egal.

Celkovo wellnes bol perfektný.Úplne úžasné boli saunové seansy spojené s tancom ,

Keďže sme tam boli cez pracovné dni,chýbal nejaký večerný program..Možno by bolo dobré venovať viac pozornosti čistote izieb.
