Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Gyönyörű, tágas, tiszta szoba. Finom és változatos ételek. A medencék kényelmesek és tiszták, könnyen megközelíthetők. A szauna is szépen van kialakítva. A masszázs csodálatos volt.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt, finom volt az étel, közepes mennyiségű választék. A játékos asztalok nagyon szórakoztatóak.

Cons:

Hideg volt szinte az összes víz, ami a spaban volt, a kinti medence, amivel hirdetik a helyet kb. 15 fokos, a vacsoránál az édességeknél nem hogy az allergének nem voltak feltüntetve, hanem a desszertek neve sem. A fürdőszobában a víz néha meleg, néha hideg volt, nyomása egyáltalán nem volt. A spa 18:30-ig van nyitva, hétvégén 17:30-ig. Az erkély egy kis lyuk, dohányzásra kijelölt hely csak a hotel bejárata előtt van. A medencék indokolatlanul messze vannak egymástól. A barlangfürdő egy barlangfal csak, ott is ahol ki van törve a szikla, odafújtak purhabbal, és ennyi. A szobában néhány bútor ütött-kopott. A minibár csak akkor hűt, ha a kártya be van dugva a szobában. A tv-n több német csatorna van, mint magyar.

5/5 Sterne – Tolles Spa-Wochenende, wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns ein kurzes Spa-Wochenende gegönnt und waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Anreise war sehr angenehm, da das Hotel nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt liegt. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze sowie drei Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge – zwei für Tesla und eine für andere E-Autos bzw. Hybride. Das Hotel ist von einem schönen, gepflegten Garten umgeben, was sofort für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt.

Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach mehrere Sprachen. Dadurch gab es keinerlei Kommunikationsprobleme.

Besonders positiv fanden wir die zwei Aufzüge. So musste man nie lange warten, was gerade in einem größeren Hotel sehr angenehm ist.

Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Minibar war in Ordnung, allerdings kühlte der Kühlschrank nur wenig. Das war aber auch der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt.

Der Spa-Bereich bietet für jeden etwas. Es gibt einen FKK-Bereich (nicht unser Fall), einen ruhigen Bereich ab 16 Jahren, den wir genutzt haben, einen Kinderbereich, einen allgemeinen Innenbereich sowie einen schönen Außenbereich mit vielen Liegen, einem Pool mit kühlem Wasser und einer Bar. Die Pools waren nie überfüllt und die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannend. Auch die Saunen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die gebuchten Massagen waren einfach perfekt und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts.

Das Frühstück entsprach einem guten Hotelfrühstück mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass jeder etwas findet. Das Abendessen hat uns besonders überzeugt: Es gab jeden Abend abwechslungsreiche Gerichte und eine große Auswahl, sodass es nie langweilig wurde.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!
