Décevant, pas de chauffage avec des températures très basses sur cette période.
Pas de chauffage d’appoint et surtout pas de geste commercial.
La couverture supplémentaire n’a été qu’une maigre consolation.

Sauberes, ruhiges Hotel in einem Vorort von Annecy, sehr freundliches Personal, komfortable Betten, lediglich das Frühstück ist etwas dürftig (kein Gemüse), aber sehr gute Eier. Aber das ist in Frankreich eben so.
