Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό, η τοποθεσία αρκετά καλή, στο κέντρο της πόλης αρκετά κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Το τηλέφωνο της ντουζιέρα είχε πιάσει άλατα με αποτέλεσμα η ροή να μην είναι καλή και να υπάρχει δυσκολία στο ντουζ.
