Pros:

Our room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little small. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the canal and restaurants. We enjoyed our brief stay.

對於開車的朋友很便利，距離市中心很近，廁所偏小，對於較高壯的身材的，比較不舒適，喜歡安靜的，比較不合適，隔音沒有非常好，廁所的浴簾有些味道是美中不足的地方，基本上還是滿推薦的！

The room, large and spotless was perfect but the downside is the fact that it is a 30.min walk from the station. OK if you travel light with a rucksack.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Inn, Otaru. Building is very well laid out, and rooms were fairly sizeable, new and clean. There isn't much of a common area, or kitchen etc but that's fine as there is lots in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, it's one of those properties we wish we would have stayed longer.

安くて綺麗なホテルでした
Pros:

本館と別館があり、本館でセルフチェックインしました。ホテル内と部屋内は共に清潔で、アメニティもあり快適に過ごせました。ホテルの方も親切に接してくれました。駐車場はホテルの部屋番号と関係なく駐車できるようでした。

停車方便房間大
Pros:

房間簡單乾淨空間大，分為本館和別館2區每個館別都是2層樓的設計，這次入住1別館101房所以雖然沒電梯但行李不用搬。
停車非常方便，附近有2間超市(Aeon是24小時，另一家21:00就打烊)，採買算是方便。
房內的沙發偏低而且中間凹陷坐起來會有點不舒服。
有提供租用自行車的服務，但退房當天完成手續後原本想租用去小樽市區用餐，但工作人員告一定要在〈入住期間〉才能租用，所以有點可惜。

広いお部屋で快適
Pros:

家族3人で小樽に来る時は、いつも３つベッドのあるお部屋で滞在させて頂いております。お部屋が広く、清潔でゆったりとくつろげます。広い道路にも面しておらず、静かでよく眠れる環境なのも気に入っております。
