飯店位子不錯，離地鐵站走路約10分鐘內，附近有一間中型超市很方便，周遭安靜，比較看不到觀光客的蹤影

Pros:

Spacious. It feels luxury to have that big of a space at this price in tokyo, we can fully open our luggages. There's even a dining table with a TV next to it. All dining and cooking wares are provided, spoons, plates, bowls, cups, pans, pot etc.
Wifi is great. I have not had any connectivity issue unlike some larger hotels that you have to share with a lot of guests.
There's a stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

Cons:

The station nearby - Iriya station is a small station and it doesn't have great elevator/escalator access. For exit 3 and 4 (closest to the hotel), there's a elevator but it's only on 1 side of the platform, if you're heading the other way then you'll have to carry your luggage up/down the stairs.
The extra blanket under the sofa bed is a little dusty.

Pros:

A sorry end to our Japanese holiday.
Pros:

We really liked the location and the size of the family suite. It was suitable for our overnight stay with 4 adults sharing.

Cons:

Luggage Storage Not Available As Promised: We were disappointed that our room wasnt ready and despite being told our luggage could be stored - it couldnt. There was no room left for our luggage upon arrival or on departure and we were told to pay an extra 2000yen for every 30 minutes of time we wanted the room after late check out and we only needed it for luggage storage.

Duvets Tiny: The duvets barely covered the bed let alone cover two people. We did find spare duvets in the drawer but they were filthy.

整體評價很好，有機會會再入住。
Pros:

空間舒適有廚房及餐桌，備有洗衣機不需要帶太多衣服，鄰近車站交通便利。很適合較長天數的旅遊。

Cons:

門鎖是密碼鎖，入住時密碼鎖無法自動上鎖，客房人員有提供鑰匙手動鎖門，密碼鎖跟門栓所是一起的，較沒有安全感。
