When we booked this hotel we didn't understand it was an apartment hotel so no room service and no front desk which

Reasonable price. The location wasn't too hard to get to.

Cons:

No room service so we had to wash our own towels.

Pros:

空間舒適有廚房及餐桌，備有洗衣機不需要帶太多衣服，鄰近車站交通便利。很適合較長天數的旅遊。

Cons:

門鎖是密碼鎖，入住時密碼鎖無法自動上鎖，客房人員有提供鑰匙手動鎖門，密碼鎖跟門栓所是一起的，較沒有安全感。

Wonderful, just wonderful.
Pros:

The location was perfect, it’s located in a quit little neighbourhood that is just beautiful. It’s close to a supermarket, 7/11 and the metro. You can walk to a bunch of popular spots and the area has tons of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s not your typical hotel so If you need anything just chat or go to the lobby and use the video call and whatever you need is supplied. No complaints just wonderful.

Cons:

A little more direction on how to get toilet paper, garbage bags and how to dispose.

The room is a great size for our family of four. Extra blankets were provided and enough to keep warm during cold nights
Pros:

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The metro station was within 5mins walking distance. Local food options and convenience stores within 3mins of the hotel.

Cons:

The beds were quite uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a tabletop with multiple blankets.

Slechte communicatie, personeel niet vriendelijk!
Pros:

Ruime kamer met keuken en douche.

Cons:

Geen receptie, alles wordt online aangestuurd. Heb een paar dagen voor mijn verblijf gevraagd of ik mijn koffers kwijt kon. Hotel heeft via booking bevestigd dat het kon. Ik ben vervolgens naar het hotel geweest en kreeg daar te horen dat het niet kon. Dit is zeer amateuristisch. Ze waren niet bereid om tot een oplossing te komen en daarom moest ik mijn koffers terug sjouwen. Je kan hier absoluut niet je koffers beheerd laten stallen als je eerder uitcheckt en nog in de stad wilt blijven. Houd hier rekening mee! Tot slot was de kamer niet netjes schoon gemaakt.

Room is a good size for my family. Great that we have a washing machine to use daily.

Cons:

There wasn't room service everyday as we prefer our towels to be changed daily.
Location area is quiet. Takes time to travel to areas so you'll need to plan ahead.
