A place that I would visit again and recommend. The customer services was great and a pleasure to talk too.
Pros:

The property was clean and location was perfect.

Cons:

The one thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It could have been better.

Other than that, the place is great and everyone was great.

The property was near a lot of attractions

Cons:

I didn't like the room service, they do not disturb sign for the door was not visible, so one of the workers entered the room while I was sleeping. Made me feel very uneasy.

Excellent Stay, Perfect for My Fam/Child + Dog
Pros:

That the pool was fixed in time for our stay and that the room was even better than the pictures, in the mornings the shades kept the bedroom super dark, it was quiet, the kitchen actually had everything needed to cook and we didn't have to ask for anything.

Cons:

Just wish I had been able to come back into the building without having to go thru the lobby every single time because the key card readers didn't work at any of the other doors. I have a dog and since it was raining the entire stay I was trying to avoid walking thru the lobby and having to take the elevator with a drenched dog but alas that was what I was forced to do.

We were extremely pleased with our choice to stay at the Element for our one night visit to the area.
