Pros:

The hotel was ok.

Cons:

A few things broken tv unit lights light switch etc. The web and papers said restaurant open till 9 but in reality closes at 5. The pool beds broken..

Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a comfy bed in a good sized duplex apartment. The AC in our room was good and the fridge was nice & cold. The place was pretty clean and staff provided cleaning and new towels every 2 days. They provide toiletries & towels, including pool towels. The breakfast was decent with healthy options. The pool is great, and was our favourite part of the hotel. If you're having your teeth done, you have daily, day-long access to an informal support group through the other guests. There are a few shops nearby, the bus network is good and it's easy to get a taxi.

Cons:

There was very intermittent wifi. We had no internet at all in our room for several days and very poor connectivity in the communal areas. This was resolved a couple of days before we left. The kitchen not fully equipped despite many requests, and we were left without anything to clean/wash up with. The hotel kitchen closes at 17:00, and there is only one good restaurant within walking distance. There are not enough loungers by the pool and many of them are broken. This led to quite a few arguments between guests. Some of the guests were unpleasant to be around - we appreciate they were in pain and struggling to eat but they spent most of the day drinking by the pool and some were aggressive to other guests at times. It was impossible to escape the detailed conversations about dental surgery over breakfast. There were loads of feral cats in the bistro and staff didn't always wash their hands after picking them up to get rid of them and then going to serve.

The hotel is in a dead zone - there is not much happening. The local area isn't pleasant as there is a lot of litter, animal poo and wasteland. The beach is hard to get to without taking a taxi and is full of litter. It's an hour by bus into Antalya.

Good hotel but disappointing location.
Pros:

The room was modern and clean, the swimming pool always clean and tidy and the staff across the whole site were very good. And the air conditioning in the rooms worked amazingly well!

Cons:

The hotel is definitely not “beachfront” as advertised nor is it a “private beach”. You have to get a shuttle to the beach that stops at several other hotels and is often overcrowded. They have an agreement with a local beach club so yes, you get Sun loungers and umbrellas for free but it is busy with other hotels and local people and the Sun loungers are very tightly packed. The hotel is also far from the main street with all the restaurants and clubs so we were getting taxis everyday to get anywhere (luckily taxis are cheap).

Wir waren sauer und traurig.

Überhaupt nichts, ein kompletter Reinfall.

Cons:

Auf den Bilder sieht die Unterkunft toll aus. Vor Ort waren wir komplett enttäuscht.

La piscine , le chambre , tout était bien , pas trop loin du centre et toujours des taxi à côté pour se déplacer.

Cons:

manque un peu de propreté, beaucoup de calcaire, milieu du canapé beaucoup de déchets qui était là à notre arrivé
