Very comfortable, but a little smelly.
Pros:

The A/C had the bedroom feeling as cold as the penguin exhibit at the zoo. That combined with the pretty comfy bed, we slept really well.

Cons:

The room smelled a little damp/old, I’m thinking it was from the air conditioner. So I had to go to the store to get some air freshener. I also would’ve appreciated a small pack of disinfectant wipes. The pillows weren’t supportive enough, your head sinks right through it.

Clean, clean, clean. Rooms had everything you need and they were set up wonderfully.

Very pleased would stay there again.
Pros:

They had coffee early as I was up at 5AM daily and out of the facility by 6:30 and was not able to have breakfast. They had poop bags and trash cans available for all the pets that were staying. Rooms - roomy and very big. Loved the sink and fridge. Loved the handicapped shower, tubs are a problem for me.

Cons:

Only 3 or 4 handicapped parking spaces, although I was able to get close parking without using those spaces.

Pros:

Clean facility with basically a full apartment type kitchen. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well!
