Wonderful location and clean room!
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Ryogoku station. Very nice to have a Japanese garden for walking and rest.
Breakfast was great. Interesting options. We loved it. I wish there’s simple Japanese breakfast options, instead of Chanko. It was really nice to have rooftop area. May be good to have some more appetizer choices, but it worked for us. Front desk was professional and efficient but would love to see more personable assistance offers or gestures.

Cons:

It is not property’s responsibility but I wish ferry was available in June.
I wish there was Earl Grey tea in the room.
I did not get teas at all for stay.

また使いたいと思うくらい気に入ってます　もともと雷門に続いて2回目でした水上バスに乗りたかったなあ
Pros:

静か　アメニティや備品　飲み物が良い
朝ごはんは最高でした。ちゃんこがびっくりしたけど美味しかった。ディナーも
3泊しかできなかったのでフレンチトーストを試せなかったのが残念
ベッド周り　寝巻きも気持ちよかった
フロントに色々お願いしちゃったけど全部気持ちよく対応してもらいました

Cons:

シャワーのみなのに気づいていなかった
ちょっとゆったりしたかったので残念
まあホテルのせいでは無いです
あと気になったのが1階エレベーター前のお香？が強すぎて目が痛くて苦しくてあとからは外のエスカレーターをずっと使ってました。なぜあんなお香使ってるんですか？

Great stay!
Pros:

We arrived by taxi which was no problem at all. The hotel was very modern, a stark contrast to the more traditional styled rooms we had tried beforehand on this trip. The rooms were of modern standard and in great condition, and the workers were all kind and pleasant. Getting to the best spots in Tokyo was no problem at all as this were mere minutes away from the nearest railway. Located next to a grand Sumo arena as well as nearby Tokyo Skytree there will also be great points of interests nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was great and plentiful with lots to choose from. We asked for rooms close/next to each other as we were two groups travelling together, which the hotel were able to accommodate. Great!

Cons:

We got a room facing the largest/most trafficked road next to the hotel, and therefore experienced quite a bit of noise. This will most likely not be a problem if you are used to living in the city.

It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms are clean but little bit small but equipe 2 persons. The bathroom room is spacious.
The area is quite & near to train station.

Cons:

The limitation in breakfast choices especially for muslim people. Hope they can provide a special muslium friendly menu for breakfast

Pros:

Cet hôtel est magnifique ! Les chambres sont énormes et superbes avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner au top avec, il faut le souligner car c'est assez rare, du jus d'orange fraîchement pressé et un choix de 3 plats à la carte en plus du buffet.
Proche de mon quartier préféré Asakusa et à 5 min de la gare ce qui vous permet de visiter toute la ville depuis là

Sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig mit einer sehr tollen Ausstattung. Der Ausblick auf den Fluss war natürlich nochmal ein Extra.

Pros:

Was very clean, the location was next train station and a few great restaurants. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The breakfast option was a but weird. You had to first choose a main course and add stuff from the bufet. Which included lots of beverages but coffee you had to order. But food was really good.
