Perfect stay for Tokyo!
Pros:

Very central location in Tokyo, big rooms for Japanese standards, very kind staff, good beds, very clean room. We loved it!

不愉快
Pros:

東京駅から近いことがよかったです。長期滞在で荷物も多かったため、空港までのバスを使用しました。箱崎のターミナルまでもタクシーで近かったため、アクセスは便利でした。

Cons:

朝食のサラダに髪の毛が入っていました。レストランスタッフに伝えたところ、謝罪もなく、勝手な判断でお洋服の糸だと言われました。どのスタッフも若い世代が多く、しっかりとした社員教育が行き届いていないのだと感じました。新しいサラダをお作りいたしましょうかと言われ、サラダは不要だと伝えたのに持ってきたり、ドレッシングは2種類あったのにどのドレッシングなにかも聞かず、一方的に作ったものを差し出されました。とても不愉快な気分でした。オープン当時から何度か滞在したことがあり、残念です。

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

Personal extremadamente amable, la ubicación excelente junto al río, restaurante con excelente calidad de alimentos. habitación muy cómoda y con muy buena vista a la arena de sumo y al edificio sky-tree. La decoración del hotel impecable. La terraza muy bonita y cómoda. Sin duda volvería cuantas veces tenga oportunidad de hacerlo.

Cons:

(Desventaja relativa) Algo retirado para caminar a atracciones turísticas.

Excelente hotel, si vuelvo a Tokyo, me quedaré aquí
Pros:

El hotel en si es genial, la cama y almohadas de las más cómodas que he tenido. El acceso a metros también era bueno pero quedaba algo más lejos de otras zonas de interés y se necesitaban varios trasbordos, salvo eso, todo lo demás excelente. Está al lado de un parque pequeñito precioso!!!

Cons:

Aumentar 1h el horario del desayuno hasta las 11 sería ideal para los extranjeros que llegamos con jet lag.

Elegantes, sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, grosse Zimmer, fantastische Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Ryogoku, freundliches, diskretes Personal, Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer, qualitative Pyjamas und Bettwäsche. Dazu direkt am Fluss mit nettem Spazierweg bis ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Alles war sehr gut.

Pobyt poprawny, aczkolwiek nie poleciłbym tego hotelu

Czystość, pokój, bardzo dobra restauracja

Cons:

Coś daleko do centrum, słabe śniadanie, zostaliśmy wyproszeni z restauracji bo żona miała laczki. Bez rezerwacji brak możliwości zjedzenia posiłku dla gości hotelowych. Szkoda, że obsługa nie zasugerowała zrobienia rezerwacji.
