The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there.
It’s a good place for people who like to go out until late.
It is not the cleanest place but it was fine
It was a cool experience staying in a tiny apartment. The mattress was very comfy, and from my room I could see the Tokyo Skytree. It was a 10 min walk from the Yamanote Line.
It was a bit dirty in difficult to reach places like between the fridge and the wall, corners of the floor and the Ac had also a good amount of dust.

Was very dirty and have blood and is the bed is wet smell so bad I can stay just one hour cuz I feel bad so fast the smell is crazy bad

Lack of sitting area made you spend your in home time on the bed. Inconvenient for western travellers.
Location is amazing. Very close to Shinjuku. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. I also liked the customer service and their fast replies.
It smells in the house, some canalisation issue I guess. There is nothing to sit on. The pillow they put was used a lot and so thin - I used a bath towel instead.

5. Way too small, no couch or anywhere to sit but the mattress
6. No receptionist. You have to email someone each time for something.
7. the shampoo/conditioner/body wash looks like it hasn’t been filled up
I like the accessibility of the area, restaurants, foods, dept store even a net cafe (personal refference).
The facility is also great
狭い室内は長く滞在する者にはつらい！。椅子机を置く場所が無いのはわかるが？新しく清潔がありいいと思ったが寝具、タオル等、クリーニングしてあるのか？ダニ？のみ？刺された。そしてなにより1番驚いたのが女性の髪の毛がいたるところから出てくるのがいやでした。決してあってはいけないと思う！！
