Terrible customer service
Pros:

Although the hotel is clean and nice the manager is awful. I had a reservation problem and she refused to speak to me. I went to the desk and was told she was in a meeting. Left my phone number but never got a call. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend staying here

Nice hotel. Quiet location.
Pros:

Convenient location, friendly staff.

Cons:

The EV charger didn’t work. It’s not owned by the hotel but it’s on the property. It’s one of the reasons we chose the property. We couldn’t charge our car overnight so our long drive home was even longer because we had to find a fast charger in the morning.

I had an awesome time in Lexington, NC.
Pros:

Everything was cooked to my liking; it just wasn't hot, it was lukewarm.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I did not like. Everything was very good.
