Everything and everyone is nice
Pros:

Peace and quiet, all staff are friendly

Cons:

The rooftop pool still close, my wife told that the rooftop pool is really nice that’s why we keep booking in your facility whenever we are in Dubai but sadly until now still close.

Great option to stay near the airport for 1-2 nights. Great personnel.
Pros:

Great option to stay if you have long connection. Great personnel. Thanks to Olawole and his team.

Cons:

Rooftop swing pool was closed. Breakfast was not bad but could have been better offering a large variety of fruits

A very pleasant stay with excellent service, great breakfast, and genuinely caring staff
Pros:

The breakfast at the hotel is always very good. The buffet offers fresh food and a great variety of options, with everything well prepared and nicely presented. It really makes the morning experience very pleasant.

I would also like to give special thanks to the receptionist who checked me in the middle of the night, the hotel driver who personally helped me reach my destination after an issue with another taxi, and the floor manager, Mr. Olawole, who personally checked that I was entirely happy with my stay. Their care and professionalism made the experience even better.

Cons:

Since this is Dubai and the hotel welcomes many Muslim families, I feel there should be clearer dress code standards in the evening. For a 5-star hotel, the atmosphere should remain elegant, respectful, and family-friendly, especially at night.
