I was disappointed
The room was dirty , someone has thrown full dirty tissues in the washroom with cigarettes. I checked in and saw the room which means the room wasn’t cleaned well
really enjoyed my stay…everything is perfect and rooms are very clean and comfortable

Well, it’s a five star hotel, it was clean except for the bidet. And they gave us an upgrade. Special mention to Ahmed Galal because he was really kind and accommodating.
How the staff (Irish) and the hotel manager on duty handled the situation during our stay in the hotel. It was really bad because it concerns my daughter. I will not elaborate anymore, but rest assured I will not book in that hotel anymore. Also, there’s NO valet parking. Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi is way better.
It clean and quiet
The sauna and hot tub is not run by the hotel itself
And those should be free for the guest use since it’s 5 star hotel only need room access
And maybe they let it run 24/7 with only hotel guest access in late hours
