Overall, a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is professional.
The only downside was how my situation was handled upon arrival. I was traveling alone with two children after a flight cancellation, and I would have appreciated a more proactive approach. The hotel could have helped liaise with Emirates or at least guided me through the process regarding vouchers, instead of leaving me to handle everything on my own.
It’s a shame, as a bit of support in that situation would have made a real difference.
