The people at the reservation was difficult and not customer oriented.
First time I have an expedition like that in an Accor chain .

Hotel vicino all'aeroporto, comodo, pulito e con stanze molto belle.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Navetta disponibile, ma non con alta frequenza. Colazione varia.
Velika soba in brezplačen prevoz iz letališča ter na letališče, vendar bus vozi vsako uro, kar pomeni, da ga lahko čakaš tudi eno uro, če ga zamudiš. Lahko bi vozil pogosteje.
Ob prihodu v sobo, zvečer ob 21.00 uri je bilo 16 stopinj. Klima delovala na polno in v sobi je bilo izjemno mrzlo. Po klicu na recepcijo so nam pojasnili, da nimajo gretja v sobah in da naj zmanjšamo klimo, kar je bilo totalno neprofesionalno in nesprejemljivo za hotel 5*. Čez noč naju je zeblo in zjutraj sva komaj čakala, da zapustiva sobo.
Kopalnica ni bila čista, v banji so bili lasje od predhodnih gostov in keramika je bila na več mestih umazana, kot posledica nerednega oz. slabega čiščenja. Na splošno kopalnica ni bila čista.
Po 22.00 uri nimajo odprtega nobenega bara ali restavracije, da bi kaj pojedel ali spil. Mini bar v sobi je prazen.
Zelo slaba izkušnja za ta nivo hotela.
