We were very happy to stay here. Didn’t disappoint!
Pros:

The property has the perfect location to everything - great food and great music as well as sites to see.

Cons:

Breakfast was kind of late (7:30 AM) and it would have been nice to have some vegetables or cheeses as a selection.

The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful. Great service.
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location. The lobby was very comfortable and well appointed for meeting our group and making plans. The property was clean and no waiting for elevators.

Beautiful hotel in a great location but could be improved with a few extra details

Great location and building was a really lovely warehouse style. Aesthetically was very beautiful

Cons:

The continental breakfast was a big let down. It was basic at best. Had I known, I would have saved the extra cost and just went for breakfast elsewhere (which we did on several mornings). There is so much attention to detail, but added extras like a fridge and kettle in the room would have been great and toilet brush!
The noise from the nearby rail track and river also woke us up daily from around 4am, as there’s no soundproofing on the windows

Walkable to everything in NOLA
Pros:

I loved how clean it was and how central it was to everything I wanted to do in New Orleans. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to NOLA.

The hotel’s location is great, very close to the French Quarter, and the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There are very few coffee mugs (around 15–20), and when they run out, guests are asked to wait for them to be washed. The service is poor, as one staff member is not enough to serve a crowded breakfast area.

In addition, after breakfast, guests are expected to leave their own plates and cups in the dirty area and throw away their own trash, which is not appropriate for a luxury hotel. The variety of breakfast items is also limited; there is only one type of cheese.

Lastly, the parking lot next to the hotel has a sign saying “Hotel Parking,” which is misleading. It is very expensive and not affiliated with the hotel.

Veel te duur voor geen service! Mooie ligging!
Pros:

De ligging is perfect. Super centraal en praktisch aan de Mississippi gelegen.

Cons:

We kwamen aan om 22:00 en de deuren waren dicht. Uiteindelijk ingecheckt en aangekomen na een vlucht van 14 uur. De kamer was extreem klein en claustrofobisch (402). Er was geen enkel raam dat open kon en we keken uit op de parking, welke tezamen met alle muziek erg gehorig was. Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt. Handdoeken etc niet verwisseld. Ontbijt is extreem slecht. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben, moeten ze zich schamen. Op de afrekening nog allemaal extra taxes voor 2 nachten minimaal 100 dollar. Parkeren is public en kost per 24 uur 66 dollar. Foto’s op de site hebben ons misleidt om hier naar toe te gaan.
