Front manager Moses was condescending, did not keep his word, patronizing, and the valet was unprofessional. The room was definitely not up to par with it being a “5 star hotel”. We were denied a refund, but left without completing the stay anyways because it was THAT horrible.
EVERYTHING. It was the most horrible stay I’ve ever had. I’d rather stay at a Motel 6.

Very large, comfortable suite on 5th floor - 512. A boutique type hotel so not over crowded.
Room could use sound proofing
Beautiful lobby, great bar upstairs as well. Food from attached cafe was great also. Nice spacious rooms and every one was friendly and helpful
The staff was wonderful……..but Definitely spend time at the roof top as it was the best part of our stay; in fact the manager there helped to make it so. We’ll definitely return!

What a great hotel located by a quiet residential neighborhood. Very safe area with clean and quiet rooms. Only suggestion I would give is for the hotel to buy new towels. Some in our room were starting to fray and fall apart.
