Front desk staff was excellent
The location was great.
The privacy latch on the door was busted.
The hotel is in walking distance to the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. It is clean and has very comfortable beds, and a nice little kitchen area with a full size refrigerator.
No supplies in the kitchen. Make sure you bring what you need to make and prep any food.
The place was very quiet, clean

When full parking might be challenging if out late

Loved the location because it was within walking distance to venue. The bed was comfortable.
The floors were really gross and the recliner felt wet. I laid all of our extra towels down because my feet felt gross and socks got gross so the towels were like a dry clean path while we were there. Great other that the floors feeling sticky and damp.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. I had actually never heard of this hotel . I was in Shakopee for a concert at the new Amphitheater. I chose this hotel simply because I could walk to the concert. It’s less than a mile walk. I called the hotel the day before the concert just to confirm my reservation. I spoke to Ebony, she was amazing!! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The hotel shares a parking lot with McDonald’s and there is a Culver’s just across the street. My point is there are very affordable options close to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 411. The room has a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator and a microwave. The room thermostat was set to 60 degrees and the AC worked perfectly. It was 95 degrees that day so the AC working properly was probably my biggest fear going in. The beds were clean and very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was not the strongest I’d ever seen but also not the weakest. It worked out just fine. I will stay here every time I attend a concert in Shakopee. The price was also pretty reasonable. I paid about $220 for one night. I’m not sure if they raised the price because of the concert or if that’s normal. Even at that price, I believe I got a great value.
